Lovely staff, super helpful and understanding. Particularly for make up rookie me! Pretty much guaranteed to find a quality product and be helped to make sure it’s the right match for you.

Charlie served me and she was kind, sweet, and gave me suggestions and options. But also helped me limit when I wasn’t sure.

Just met Rosie the skin specialist and she was amazing! So kind and thoughtful in her approach and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to ask questions related to my skin and built a routine for my skin type. Highly recommend asking for Rosie! Thank you, Rosie!

I was in store today (19/5) and was served by Gabriella. She was AMAZING. I was shopping for my 16 yr old daughter’s birthday. Not having much knowledge of make up myself, she suggested products that she personally loved and other popular items for that age group. She took the time and put a pack together for me. Boxed it all up beautifully and will be the perfect gift for my daughter. So thank you Gabriella. My experience from start to finish was exceptional.

1st class customer service from the store manager Hannah today - finding the hard to get product for our 15 year old daughters birthday next week - and tracking us down in Mecca Myer to let us know. Grandmother visiting from overseas was in awe. Brilliant. And thank you.

Thank you Madeline who was so helpful when I visited last weekend. She was very attentive, understanding and thoughtful. I struggle to pick foundations because it’s hard to trial in a store, I was about to give up and then Madeline offered me some samples to trial at home and I have now chosen my new foundation! The samples are great because I will stick with a product until it is discontinued once I decide on it. I stick with Mecca for all my make up because of experiences like this.

Terrible staff. Had to walk up to them to help me when I was clearly struggling to find what I needed for a while. The two girls were just chatting not even acting like they try to help customers. Then when asking for help instead of walking to the section I needed a product from they asked me to get what I had questions about.
Also didn’t seem to have any knowledge whatsoever about the products they were selling. Saying they don’t have certain things when I then find what I asked for myself right after. Overall really hostile, didn’t feel comfortable.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My favourite Mecca store! The people here are so lovely and helpful, never intimidating and always smiling. Grace is particularly amazing, sat with me and tested shades and went out of her way to find a product for me. Thank you!

Great customer service and many of the employees approached me asking if I needed help. Ended up buying two products today but am questioning as to why I wasn't given a bag or even asked if I wanted one or not when I saw others with the same size product receive one.

I took my mum here to get help with her eye makeup, she wanted to try a new look that would suit her eye colour. Catalina showed her multiple looks to transform day to night and showed her how to do eyeliner that would compliment her eye shape! Mum is stoked with the help!

Always shop from this place, but today it was worst experience. I am pregnant and going through really bad nausea, after so long decided to go to mecca and do some shopping, because of my health i was feeling really bad not well
Dresses and no makeup on. Girl who came to help us looking towards me in a wierd way and was disrespectfull.she might be thinking as if i will not buy anything just because of the way i was looking today really sick.
And i end up buying some lipsticks.
I felt so bad just because of someones look they treat you in wierd way.

My 8 year old daughter was over the moon when we went here and I let her pick out a few little things as a gift. It was a real thrill for her shopping with the big girls and I found it a great experience to watch her.

Being not great at applying, Make up or knowledge of make up brands, Steph was absolutely amazing! Lovely, down to earth and genuine.
You can tell she loves her make up and happy to share her favourite items in Mecca.
You couldn’t even tell it was work for her on a Saturday. Mecca is very lucky to have an employee like Steph.
