My first time buying makeup and it was a good experience. Nadila was really helpful and patient with me especially since I didn’t really know what I wanted to get and she helped me get the perfect makeup for my dark skin tone. Thank you.

Very uncomfortable in store. I turned around to ask about a new product so I could pick up a few things and got an eye roll from a staff member as they walked away, very rude. The woman on the till was very nice tho

Great range of shades, not just the pale colours. Would recommend for brown skinned people too.

Came in to get my beauty loop and a staff that served me was rude. (she had dark short hair and tanned skin). All I said to her was "oh this is the gift" I was surprised as it was very small but it was completely fine and the staff just gave me a dirty look, and didn't say anything.

This is an incredible store for those who are obsessed with skincare and cosmetics. Even just browsing will leave you smiling. The staff are very knowledgeable if you need assistance.

Had a great experience in Mecca. As someone that does not know much about make-up, I was very apprehensive to walk in and ask for help - but Kupra was amazing. She helped me find the products I needed and took the time to show me how to apply them. She was approachable and friendly.

Really friendly staff who are super knowledgeable about their skincare products and are willing to answer any questions! One woman whose name I didn't get helped me pick a birthday present for my friend and I was super thankful at how patient she was with me! I always have a great experience whenever I come here!

Not that big store like Broadway's one. But not bad either, good for quick visit, but you might face a bit difficulty to find the desired item. Coz most of the products are not available here as. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I would like to Thank Dee (hope spelling is correct) at Burwood Mecca store. She has been spot on with everything. My favourite Josie Maran has been discontinued, so she cleverly redirected to matching products.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful at this store and I can almost always find what I need.

Great cosmetic store but it is small so they don't have every Mecca products and other brands' products here.

A small sized Mecca but with all your essentials. We have been coming here for years and staff are down to earth and friendly so you always feel comfortable.

The first girl I spoke with searched the whole store for the item I had requested and found it out back which was much more effort than most retail employees put!
The girl who served me at the register was such a beautiful person, she put so much effort into packaging this gift!
I bought a makeup bag as a gift and it was too big to wrap normally or fit in a box properly so she got the box and fit the makeup bag as best she could and used the Mecca stickers to keep it closed.
THEN SHE HANDED ME A MARKER AND ALLOWED ME TO WRITE ON THE BOX.
AMAZING EFFORT AND CREATIVITY ON HER PART.
Not to mention, she put pretty paper with it to add a little bit of an extra detail which I really appreciated.
She went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one.
The store manager was lovely too, such a positive vibe which shows through how happy his employees are.
As I left, another employee complimented my lash extensions which was such a lovely thing to do.
The cutest part of all this, all the employees I encountered complimented my lashes which made my day.
I was having a really hard day, but this trip to Mecca made my day a positive one.

Doesnt stock all the products as it's a smaller store. Always have to end up going to Broadway.

The hijabi workers here have an attitude problem and have no clue. I guess it’s my bad for approaching them for makeup help when they aren’t wearing any makeup. Fortunately the other girls make up for what they lack and actually do their work instead of just walking around

Rubbish i have been waiting since 9am sharp they open 9am but i see lazy workers inside setting everything up it’s almost 9: 20!

Provide misleading information. Opening hours are stated as 9am. Was here at 9: 30am but the shop was closed. Also, very limited range and zero service.

Rania, 2IC was amazing. After a lovely welcome and chat she organised everything Maria did an incredible makeup demo for me and answered all my questions. Very efficient, friendly and highly professional.

I had a great shopping experience at Mecca Burwood. The retail staff member - Catherine was super friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work team Mecca!
