Georgia, one of the artists here, is the absolute best! I was just browsing and picking up some bits and pieces but she went out of my way to give me such an incredible experience. She was so kind and had a beautiful personality - honestly the best experience I’ve ever had shopping at Mecca!

Just wanted to give a staff appreciation to a sweet worker named Fatima (im pretty sure) who worked on 14/11, served me with an amazing customer service, so genuine and actually was doing restocking and was busy but still went above and beyond for me with a smile the whole time! Was actually so appreciative of her I felt cared for especially cause she was doing her own task, walked out with a product i was really happy about (which i never do lol) and was confident in my purchase because of her.

Thank you so much fatima for your kind approach and product knowledge, we need more people like you!:)

Visited Mecca today and was met with the lovely Rana. She was incredibly helpful and was able to provide me with the perfect colour match alongside the best product recommendations for my skin type. She really knows her stuff! Highly recommend ️

I love how big this store is with soo many awesome brands. I’m generally happy with the service here, however as of the last few visits I noticed the assistants don’t greet you and don’t ask you if you need any help? ! I walked past all of your staff more than 20 times in half an hour that I was in your store looking for items to buy, and only 1 lovely young Asian girl at the back of the store where the face and body creams are approached me so thank you sweetheart for making me feel welcomed) can’t say for the rest … Oh and only one other woman thanked me for shopping there when I was leaving the store, YET she was one of the staff who just ignored me earlier lol Look i can spend quite a bit on your products, but not when your ignored like that. If Sephora staff can greet customers and offer exceptional service then so can you Mecca.

Mel is a beautiful girl she served me and suggested all different products for me she really knows her products always smiling and happy I would definitely recommend Mel to anyone if looking for any products

I went to Mecca in Parramatta today and was helped my the most lovely makeup expert ever! Jamala (I’m so sorry if I spelt her name wrong) didn’t try to push products on me she just helped and asked questions about what would be best of me, she knew her products and was straight up when a foundation was too orange for me and went and got the right one. This girl is a retail/customer service experience QUEEN!? Thank you for making makeup shopping heaps easier

Bernie at the fragrance counter was awesome, so helpful and really took the time to help me and mum understand the science behind fragrances. I ended up buying Black Lotus and she helped me find a store it was available. Beautiful person and great experience!

I was served by the most beautiful/loveliest girl in the fragrance section. I didn’t catch her name but she was so lovely and helpful when i was trying to explain what my mum liked in perfumes! Lazy Sunday morning by Replica - hopefully she remembers me! ️

Oh my goodness absolutely 10 star. Going to this Mecca for the first time was a blessing in disguise. I went in looking for a certain skincare concern and the lady knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me the right products that have benefited my skin dearly. She seemed educated and very knowledgeable as a result I brought her recommended product and have never been happier.

I always get the help I need at this Mecca, the staff are so friendly and the store is always buzzing

I just went to go buy a foundation from there today and all the staff were lovely. I also wanted to do a foundation match, I was helped by one of the girls who was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness ahahah. She also helped me find a cruelty free foundation which was preference with no issues:)

Had such a lovely shopping experience thanks to a worker called Hiba. I have never experienced customer service where someone is attentive, understanding and offers perfect advice/suggestions while also being patient and kind. Congrats on hiring the right people (the rest of the staff were also lovely and polite).

I went in to purchase a new concealer and I ended up leaving with 4 new products, thanks to two amazing girls. I don't remember the names of the girls but they were doing a BeautyLab natural makeup class on the 12th January at around 4 - 4: 45pm. One of the girls (Asian, black hair) went above and beyond to colour match me and invited me to be a model for her class. She was so lovely and offered to use that particular concealer on me instead of the ones provided during the beauty lab class. I initially was only going to get a sample, but it looked so good after the demo I ended up buying the full size! The two girls were so lovely and gave such good advice, I ended up leaving with most of the products they used during the beauty class. Too bad I don't remember their names: (

I just had my makeup done by a the beautiful Georgia, it was a joyous experience and she made me look and feel wonderful. I got to buy some of the wonderful products she used, thank you Georgia!

Today I came to Mecca looking for some good concealers and foundation; instead, Sabrina, a lovely worker helped me figure out how to apply my base products and taught me the most makeup skills and I have learnt so much today. I loved the experience she's a really easy-going person and overall really comforting experience. She felt like my friend and I fully enjoyed my shopping experience. I will DEFINITELY come back, I have never met such a nice helpful and encouragin person! ️️️

The lady that served me in store today wasn’t too friendly. She said my membership wasn’t showing up. Asked me a couple times if I receive emails from Mecca (I have been a mecca member for over 5 years). I then asked if she could try to search up my number and then it finally showed up. Nil enthusiasm or manners whatsoever. Handed me my mecca bag/purchase and didn’t say a single word. No thank you, nothing. This was my first time experiencing this type of customer service in store and so I am abit shocked.

A lady called Thea in this store is genuinely helpful and extremely caring. I can not commend her enough on the service she provided me.

They should improve the quality of their staff. They both ignored me when I asked them for help and they were not helping other customers at the time. I was going to spend my money at mecca but now I have changed my mind and went straight to Myer across the street.
