Meadan Homes - Home Builders Castle Hill

We would like to thank Rubina for the amazing design for our home in Eastern suburb. From the moment we had the meetings with Jesse, Sam, Belinda, and of course Rubina, We knew we would love to have our home built by Meadan Homes. The whole process is clear, transparent and cooperative. The local council was difficult to deal with for the approval stage especially for the knock down and rebuild. It was very stressful, but Rubina was always there to answer our concerns. She is very knowledgeable and diplomatic in dealing with the council. She had gone well beyond her role in many occasions to make sure we have the design we want and to have the approval from the council. We finally have our DA approved! We are now looking forward to the construction start date in mid August 2023. We would be happy to share our reviews and will update our new journey with Meadan Homes in the next few months.

We've had the pleasure of working with Meadan Homes in a number of capacities over the years. I can attest to their responsiveness and practicality in approach. I am personally involved more in the Design and Approvals stage, and regularly deal with Rubina who is very knowledgeable and excellent in project coordination. Kass, Summer and Belinda were amazing to interact with whilst we renovated our 3br Unit in Baulkham Hills. They were always on hand to answer questions and provide advice on design. Harry and Sam were also amazing for the on-site related tasks and answering questions and ensured the job was delivered with the same expectations if it was their own property. Building is such a long and arduous process. It’s our first time building and dont have a clue what we are getting into. We just wanted a beautiful house we can call home.
It’s so confusing, with so many builders claiming they are the best in the industry. Have consulted a number of project builders (5) and actually already signed a tender and paid a deposit with one. However, upon talking with Meadan (Sam), i realised that I all i need is transparency and honesty which i reckon is hard to come by in the industry.
Sam (sales), Belinda (internal selections/design) and Rubi (drawing/design) are such a great team to work with. Very responsive, accomodating, patient and an honest bunch.they will not ‘sell’ you something just because. They are insightful, practical, and genuinely nice people not driven by $$$. They will listen to you and work with you and turn your dream into reality. We enjoy thoroughly working and going through the process with them.
Next step - construction phase starts for us very very soon. Fingers crossed all goes well. Do yourself a favour, get in touch w Meadan homes and save yourself time and money.

After much research we decided to go with Meadan Homes for our home extension on Sydney’s northern beaches. Meadan homes was extremely professional and upfront with costs. The build quality was amazing and after talking to the builders it became obvious they are a family business and use only trades they have used before and trust. This was very important to us and made the build easy and seamless. Even through the Covid lockdown on building they kept us up to date and made us feel informed. Meadan was one of six builders that quoted for my renovation. Throughout the tender process Sam and Jesse were responsive and professional and that continued through the build and completion with Harry. They had great ideas on how to achieve the architect’s vision while staying within budget. The site was a challenging one with access issues and council and my neighbours had many requirements. I don’t think the process would have been as smooth with another builder. Overall they are a friendly family run business with old fashioned values and a service culture and I would definitely work with them again on my next renovation

Compared with other builders, best price offer with good quality, and finish the building on time, resolving issues very quickly

They built our house in Padstow and we moved in just before Christmas and it is fair to say they are friendly honest people you can trust and they deliver all their promises, specially good quality of their work make them really reliable

I cannot recommend the team at Meadan homes highly enough. The start of the project began with the quoting where we metJesse, who was lovely to deal with, made great suggestions but always made it clear that he was very Interested in making sure I was going with my own design and concepts. The pricing came back at a very reasonable price that we were able to add extra jobs to the project. Jesse was always able to be contacted anytime and was extremely organised at returning any questions or feedback in a prompt manner. Then we met our building supervisor Rabih who was the star of the show, he’s was a delight to deal with, it was extremely handy to have the one person to oversee many areas of the renovation. Every concern was dealt with in a prompt and professional manner, always working to keep us happy and was easily available anytime needed, even after hours at times to make sure all jobs were completed. The overall job is now completed and has totally changed and improved our home to a much more modern and functional way. We really love our new spaces especially the kitchen and was exactly what we were hoping it would look like. We would not hesitate to use Meadan Homes again for any future work

A new home is a scary process for us but Sam took care to address ALL of our concerns and made sure we were comfortable before proceeding.

We contacted Meadan homes through the internet, after we had very unpleasant experiences from a project home builder. When we met with Sam and Jesse from Meadan homes, we expressed to them how we didn’t want any surprises and we wanted upfront honesty. They begun asking us exactly what we were after and spent hours with my wife and I looking at various options and throwing different ideas at us, making us think outside the box. This experience was very different from the previous builder, who basically spent no time at all asking us any questions about different avenues or ideas. After a few minor changes and upgrades, the design was done.
Meadan homes were quick to get the ball rolling, suggesting to go through CDC instead of council which took half the time with no complications. Harry even helped me out with the demolition and pool installation which I decided to take on myself.
All in all the design phase with Sam, Keeshia and Jesse has been a good experience.
We are starting the building phase now and we are hoping it goes the same way. We will post a review of the build after it’s complete
