I've been with MCTV for almost 4 years last two years was rough cause of Covid but show biz this year has lift off especially next year it's going to get really busy anyways my experience on set has been great get to meet the cast and people are really nice in general I have worked in a few variety major projects which I was booked for also thanks to Paul for working hard in getting me those roles and the payment it takes a little while it's frustrating at times special thanks to Beth for getting all my payment sorted moving forward highly recommend MCTV to anyone who's looking to gain experience or has a passion for acting this is where you start

I joined MCTV in May this year. I have had some really enjoyable and interesting work with them and met some great people. I have found the work a bit slow in the past couple of months but hoping things pick up soon. Paul and Beth have been easy to communicate with and supportive. Looking forward to further working with MCTV.

I joined MCTV in April 23. Paul has been very supportive in getting me some background supporting roles including one for a major TV series. I undertook their two master acting classes on-line. Overall experience has been positive and I look to building a long term relationship with MCTV. I noted payment in this industry is known to be slow and at times it is frustrating but I always maintained open communication. Payments is slow but all paid but definitely an area MCTV can improve on.

I gave this place a 1 because there's no jobs they give and charge money for no reason I don't recommend this agency

Extremely low amount of jobs compared to other agencies and payments take months to get to your account.

You are awsome mctv for sponsering me also that excavator thing was gta 5 in itself shake it off marines oh and anyone anyone who isnt on windows 10 for there computers minimum for windows 10 buckle up because kansas is going bye bye

Below is a list of issues I’ve had since working alongside MCTV;

- Issues with receiving payments within a reasonable period of time (Some payments taking over 3 months from the date MCTV received payment)
- Have been underpaid by around 15-20%, and have been advised all jobs have been paid
- Have never been provided with accurate payslips (payslips that include pay rate, super, overtime etc)
- Have checked, and have not received any superannuation from jobs completed as of yet, but will keep an eye out

I’ve tried to resolve this with MCTV so it didn’t come to leaving a negative review, but here we are.

Overall, the experience was fine, and pay is ok. Great gig if your looking to get into the industry, or interested in the industry. I’m unsure where my issues have come from, or whether other people have the same issues, but its enough that I can confidently say I cannot recommend working for MCTV in any way. If your looking to try the industry there are other agencies that don’t charge you to sign up and charge you the same commission for jobs completed, such as ispry. Thank you.

DO. NOT. JOIN. There’s a plethora of better agencies in Sydney. It’s almost a right of passage joining this as your first agent. Every set iv been on everyone is unhappy with them and wanting to leave. They where my first agent and I left after a year of minimal work. My next agent had NO joining fees and NO compulsory head shots and I got way more work. The point of an agent is they take 10% of what you earn from THEIR BOOKINGS.these people have no incentive to book you on anything, they already took your money.

Great team, work comes in fairly regularly, and fun times all around! If you’re looking for extras work - this is it!

I was with them for over 2 years. Was only ever offered 2 roles. Cost $200+ to join. Scam- do not recommend.

Paul and the team at MCTV are terrific. In the few months since I joined I have already had a couple of extra roles and am having a fantastic time meeting new and interesting people. I love getting all the news about the industry and hearing about the various production’s being made. Highly recommend MCTV!

Sent for so many interviews back in the 90's. Best was "Oscar and Lucinda" in 1996. Had a scene with Ralph F. Zero complaints. Great experience, meet really friendly people. Wouldnt mind going back

I have really loved working with Paul and the team at MCTV. I joined not knowing what to expect but have been booked numerous times working on popular tv shows and commercials. Extra work is so fun and it's always exciting going to a new production. Highly recommend, even if you are inexperienced! The team at MCTV will help you every step of the way.

A great place for people intending to go professional and those wanting to get some cash while having fun on the job. Staff are very professional and fees are very fair. Their services are very comprehensive, I don't have an especially desirable "look" for my age range and I still get a ton of jobs.

I would highly recommend MCTV as a great agency to register with if you are interested in pursuing work in the entertainment industry. I have been registered for several years and have been casted for several background roles within TV and film. I hope to expand on my experience and look forward to many more years under their management. Kudos to Paul!
