Mclellan's Carpet Court

We had a great experience with McLellans Carpet Court Lavington, approaches to other local flooring companies received lukewarm responses, seems like there was too much work about at the time.
We went to the showroom and nothing was too much trouble, we were offered helpful advice on the flooring we would need and booked for a timely measure and quote.
The job was scheduled to coordinate with our other renovations.
An email was sent the day before to inform us what time the crew was starting and went ahead as scheduled.
The guys did such a great job layjng our vinyl tiles.
We are so pleased we chose Kylie, Rod and their staff at McLellans Carpet Court and the end result is fantastic.

If I could give them less stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible workmanship. Wonky and wobbly flooring laid, not straight, also not finished and won’t return calls. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

Google search and McLelland's Carpet Court website has this shop as being open over most of the Christmas break. Went there today 27/12/18 and found a sign on the door declaring the shop closed until Wed 09/01/19. What a waste of time as I live a fair distance away. Having vented, I am not bagging your carpet or services (when you are open) as I bought my carpet from this business about five years ago. Please update your electronic media advertising before closing up for holidays in future.
