I was impressed by the professionalism and reliability of McIntosh Electrical.
Mitch was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He gave detailed explanations of work that was easy to understand. He also made handy suggestions and gave alternatives where appropriate. He put on boot covers before coming inside and used a large protective mat to put his tools on then proceed to vacuum up before leaving.
Mitch finished all the job exactly as was specified and finished well in time and within quote. The team efficiently sent out all the quotes and invoice. I highly recommend their services.

James lived up to the previous reviews. He was tidy, courteous, friendly, and always maintained safety of the client at heart. He also gave explanations for all the work he carried out. Unfortunately he was so thorough, we have to get him back some other time to check the work previously performed by other electricians!

He was pleasant, clean and time efficient and I'd have no hesitation to get him back again for any future electrical problems. Macintosh electrical are the most professional, trustworthy and responsive tradesmen I have ever come across. My electricity bill has come down significantly with the suggestions and alternatives they have made after installing and fixing some lights and they cleaned up everything before they left. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My mother is usually uncomfortable having trades people in the house. However was delighted when Lauren turned up from Macintosh Electrical. She was on time (received text message prior to arrival), polite, efficient and clean. Mum was so impressed, she made me promise to post this review! Anytime we need an electrician, Macintosh will receive a call.
