My friend recently rented a property from McGrath RE and was ripped off by them. They kept her Bond without giving adaquate reason. I know for a fact how house proud she is and how neat she kept her home. The house was that old, it was in desperate need of renovation. Its not her fault that the house needed repairs. I DO NOT reccommend them to rent a property through. Watch out that you get your Bond back if you do!

Professional team, my investment properties are in very safe hands. They don't charge like a wounded bull. I don't pay for an annual statement, tenancy checks or having routine inspections, which they conduct every three months.highly recommend them!

Extremely unprofessional. Poor communication. Disregard for renters in general. Even if you're a home owner with a well-paying job going back to renting with a relocation, they will ignore you because they know they have a captive market and can do whatever they want. Yikes.

Karina and the team have been exceptionally helpful. Nothing is to much trouble and are always prepared to answer every silly little question I come up with.
