I have rented properties over a number of years and dealing with the McGrath group at Willoughby I have to confess they are on a different level. Dealing with Michele and Abbie they have made my life so much easier they are true professionals. Anyone thinking about finding a property manager please contact these people you will not be disappointed.

I had dealt with Felicia a few times over the past couple of months on the search for a rental property, and each time I crossed paths with her, she was a breath of fresh air. She was one of few real estate managers that I noticed who would take the time to answer questions from the people in the room inspecting the property, and always did it in a kind and in a friendly manner.

I ended up getting accepted for a property through McGrath, and I could not be happier. I am yet to have an occasion when Felicia has not responded to me within the first ten mins of me emailing or leaving a message. Nick Dunn of McGrath Willoughby is an outstanding agent. He recently sold my late mother's unit in Willoughby for a great price. He is professional, has excellent market knowledge, is always available and is a superb negotiator. He works extremely hard to get the best price for his vendor. One of the worst property managers I have every dealt. Highly unprofessional attitude. We have been living with water leakage issues ever since we moved in and no actions were taken to fix the issue. Within a tenure of 15 months, McGrath has changed atleast 7 property managers and every time we were asked to update each one of them about the issue. The bathroom lock was faulty, and they didn’t take any action despite highlighting that we have a 3 years old who can get locked. We had to get this fixed at our own expenses and for the reimbursement none of the property managers were interested to talk.
I’m glad to hear that the owner finally agreed to change their property manager and move to some professional company, maybe as an owner they were frustrated with McGrath service too.
I wish there was an option to submit a negative rating.

I use McGrath to rent my property. From the initial meeting 18 months ago I have always found them responsive and eady to deal with.
I have had very few issues but when they have arisen, Anastasija has been excellent. She understood what had to be done, and then did it. I knew everything would be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.

After two years of very poor service with managing the rental of our investment property, it is great to have finally taken it away & placed it in the hands of a business who knows how to do it properly.

I hardly leave a bad review but now 50% of the unit that im renting doesn't have electricity. After I signed the lease agreement the agent washed his hands and sent me to the property manager who actually doesn't know the property, I asked about the switch board and elecrical meter weeks ago and apparently nobody knows where they are, they said "the suplier would know", but actually the supplier can charge me if they come and dont find it, now a breaker is probably down but even if I hire an electrician to come and put it back on where is the electrical room? Is it locked?

They only moment when i have them behind me and chasing me is when they want to bring someone to inspect the property (cause they are trying to sell it), so they send me e-mails to confirm the time and date for the inspections, but then they change their mind and send me more e-mails to confirm it again, is like having another job keeping the property ready for inspections repiliying e-mails and no privacy, but when there is something wrong with the place and you need them nobody is there.
Be carefull, some bussines just colect fake reviews from friends, I'm a very easy customer, most of my reviews are positive except for very bad experiences like this one.
