What a fabulous team! We have been renting for years and Tayla from McGrath is the best property manager we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is so efficient and makes the whole process seamless, we can’t praise her enough.

We got blessed with Monique Hamilton as our real estate property manager, she is by far THE BEST agent we have ever worked with, she was super great with our whole family including our shy toddler who was obsessed with her.

Very disappointed with Chris smith for highly unprofessional behaviour and his untrustworthiness. We were very keen to look at a property with a view of putting an offer spoke to him on Saturday and said we can’t be there on Saturday can we view it any other day and specifically mentioned we are very keen to have a look and put an offer. Also requested to let me know if there are any offers at all and he said he will. He never bothered to reply and when I called him few times 3or 4 days later he don’t even bother to call back sent an email saying it’s sold. He had sold it for 50K When I questioned why he dint get back all he said was Sorry again.

To fellow landlords my property was returned to me in an appalling condition with approximately 8k with of damage and repairs.
The managing agent returned the tenants bond with out my approval.
And are refusing to ownership or compensation of the matter.
I wouldn’t entrust this company to look after your property.

In the 13 months we had some plumbing issues which I tried to have fixed. The backyard was flooding, i started contacting McGrath real estate over a 8 month period and got no where
I finally ended up putting in 14 days notice to move as the house started getting mould and the property manager Rachel didn't deal with the situation and honestly just got sick of calling about it!
I ended up going to court as McGrath real estate response was the flooding was from me not maintaining the drains (whatever that means) they tried to take my whole bond of $2000 for their mistake!
Basically McGrath real estate got laughed out of court and I was rewarded all my bond, plus $1000 for loss of use to the backyard.
The lack of respect for me and my family was disgusting, so unprofessional and honestly the worst experience I have ever had, I was renting as I was building my own home and I will never use this company to rent or sell a home of mine!

I have purchased and sold a lot of real estate over the years and Chris was by far the best I have ever dealt with. He was up front, communicated clearly, was extremely responsive and stepped in when needed to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Chris and will use him again when the need arises.

Tracy & the team at McGrath made everything simple and easy when renting out our investment property for the first time. The service was great from the beginning and have always been approachable and easy to communicate with.

Having two assets in the Morisset Peninsula and entrusting McGrath to facilitate the sales after almost five months and one Auction with no attendees I find the professional aptitude and marketing ability highly degradable, two properties sitting stagnant for nearly five months with ego fore-fronting the campaign and trying to enable a footprint into the local Lake Macquarie market. McGrath gave us the perception they were an up and coming leader in the area with no transparency and scheduled open houses than would leave the area so we had no idea after that point and being closed on Sundays was of no value. If you live on the Central Coast or in the Toukley region it may work for you but as for the Western side of Lake Macquarie enlist agents with local knowledge who have their finger firmly on the button when it comes to pricing and more familiar with the market.
