Perhaps as a seller McGrath may be outstanding, however as a buyer I'm disappointed.
I've sent an email last week for a price guide for a waterfront property with no reply.

Linda Yu has helped us to run a super successful marketing campaign to sell our house. The result is outstanding, and she managed more than 130 groups of people to attend the Open Home in 4 weeks. Every week, she will go through the Open Home result and helped us to analyse what should be the correct next step.

The auction went very smooth and she managed it very well, engaged with all of the purchasers to push the price to the reasonable market price. Everyone's emotion have been lifted up and the second bid has put on additional 100K compared with the first bid which is super awesome and rare to see in the current market.
