Very professional team, always a pleasure to deal with the property management team and sales team.
I had purchased a townhouse at Sydney Upper North Shore. The place is alright, but the service from the agent was absolutely unethical and unprofessional. Not to mention the painful process I had undertaken, the sales agent put his own interest over the customer and I can tell he only wanted to earn the commission without caring on the customer's needs. I lost an extra $2000 as a result of McGrath's agent's promise on something of my request which however got turned off later on. I had purchased 2 properties in Sydney, dealt with many property agents, this one comes the worst experience.
I enquired with 1of their franchise. About vendor finance to buy a farm was told dont enquire about their land as they don't sell houses that way.
