Hopeless. Your phone message was useless and kept directing to the same message. Then I located two mobile numbers to two of your Agents which rang out and I never received a return call.

Absolutely horrible experience as a landlord with McGrath. They were rude and condescending, correspondence was unprofessional (including in writing) and a lot was left unmanaged. They created hours of stress, if your property is important to you I would not recommend them. An experience I’ll never forget and would not wish for anyone else to have the same experience.

Worst agency ever. Paying 500 for a property with aircon in Mayfield. Move in may last year. No aircon. Was told change batteries had to take to tribunal. Not fair at all. Have three small children. No doors work. Never fix anything.

I had experienced this agency in leasing and buying searches on a personal level before eventually applying to work with them. The Team are all genuinely lovely humans and are passionate about customer service and real estate. Highly recommended for sales and leasing.
