DON’T do business with these guys - they lie, don’t show up, and don’t care about anyone.
Worst experience I’ve ever had.
I’d strongly advise you not to sell or rent with them.

And just to reinforce someone else’s review - Chantelle is really terrible.

Tim and his team did an outstanding job selling our home. They were professional, trustworthy and kept us updated with how the campaign was going. Paris and Chantelle require additional training on how to provide good customer service, as the service I received from them was appalling at best. Disappointed that McGrath allow their company run offices to be so unprofessional.

Unprofessional and rude customer service. Also they didn't have any idea about the terms of the contract for properties they were leasing. I cannot believe Chantelle was able to manage properties considering how terrible she was at the job.

Chantelle Iezza has been my property manager for a couple of years now. Her correspondence has been fantastic with very quick replies and gets things done immediately. I highly recommend Chantelle to anyone looking to have their property managed on the northern beaches.

I met Gavin and he came across both professional yet personable, he wanted to understand what my needs were, not squeeze me into what he had!
