Absolutely disgusted in the sales agent, Scott. We viewed one of his properties he was looking after yesterday afternoon, Tuesday the 18/08/2020.
We absolutely loved the property & we made an offer, Scott then spoke on the phone to the owners, who then accepted our offer on the spot. We were then sent a congratulations message on the purchase, & that we were to pay our deposit to which we explained to Scott, we came from Sydney and would pay as soon as we were back in Sydney and at a computer. After many phone calls and text messages to Scott to get the email address, in to which we were to forward all details and receipt of payment, he proceeded to ignore all communication. Then at 12 noon, he decided to call us back & advised us that he sold the property to someone else no longer then 30 mins after we viewed the property on the 18/08/2020 Due to a higher bid.
We were never given the opportunity to counter offer, he basically said that it’s bad luck and the property is no longer ours.
This man Is extremely unprofessional & cannot believe how we have been treated throughout this.
Please be careful when going with this sales man, I & everyone i know, would never sell a property through him, nor would ever purchase off him.

Constant junk mail in our 'no junk mail' letter box. I will be avoiding this place and Col Bernasconi when we sell.

Only choose this real estate if you are looking for rude, unprofessional, money hungry agents. They will keep pestering you until they take your money, and then ignore you.

The worst real estate I have ever had to deal with in my life!

My personal review is that I do not recommend ‘Sasha’ from this agency, based on the low level of professionalism I received regarding real estate.

Col B.was the agent for our new house that we bought, and after that transaction, we chose him to sell our home. He was very professional, understanding and kept us informed of what was happening. Highly recommend – a great agent!

Great service - Louise kept us informed every step of the way, gave practical advice, helped with styling and assisted with selling of the furniture.

Scott and Mel have been extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home. They have provided constant and timely follow up which is greatly appreciated.

If I could choose minus stars I would. Had my investment property with McGrath for approx 5 years. The staff turnover is high and I had multiple issues with them including being charged for maintenance which should have been under warranty. Having a tradesmen attend the property to do maintenance only to receive an invoice later with extra charges on it which were not previously approved. When trying to resolve a matter with them it was very hard to get a response. Most recently my tenant moved out and left damages, McGrath negotiated with the tenant that $1,000 would be paid out of their bond for the damages. A few weeks later I followed up with McGrath only to find out that the tenant received their full bond and that I would be left out of pocket. After lodging a formal complaint with the agency I was told that my matter was resolved and if I wanted to take it further I should go to fair trading. Please DO NOT put your investment property with McGrath.

Recently listed my property with Sasha. I had heard good things about her service and she has been great to deal with.

Also had some dealings with Mel in the sales department and she was helpful and caring as well.

Looks like they have a good team at McGraths if these two are anything to go by

Sasha and the property management team from McGrath have been looking after our rental properties and are fantastic. So professional and such attention to detail. As a landlord it leaves me with peace of mind knowing they are keeping everything under control.
