Nothing was a problem! Every interaction with Sally and Amelia was faultless, pleasant, informed, empathic and I was extremely grateful and impressed with their support.

I was managing the sale from interstate so needed to be able to totally trust that my real estate agent would do everything they undertook to do. I had nothing at all to worry about.

Even before I signed a contract, Sally provided useful suggestions about how to maximise the appeal of my property to the market.

Sally met me out of hours to suit my travel commitments, arranged things on my behalf, after I’d approved it of course, checked the property and liaised with contractors to ensure they had done what I was paying them for.

Communication was clear, regular and I appreciated the level of detail Sally shared during the marketing phase. At no stage did Sally take her foot off the pedal, even when there was plenty of interest in the property and it was highly likely to sell.

The open homes still continued as originally proposed, the phone calls, texts and email updates continued to flow through as promised.

Ultimately on auction day, we had close to 20 registered bidders and the property was sold for well over the reserve price.
