Recently bought a property from McGrath, agent is unresponsive babe aloof, we bough and some multiple properties in the past, in all case you receive a gift basket and a letter from agent, not important but it shows how much McGrath cares, left there sign at our home without coming to pick it up after multiple times letting them know about it, maybe the correct procedure is treat the new owner should return it to mgrath, would probably not be using mgrath engadine for any business in the future

Useless useless at property management.continually changing managers, dont turn up for pre arranged property inspections (despite having to travel over two hrs for same), now have not paid any of my bills for 6 months! Despite paying themselves a management fee.requested initial payment to go to overdue water and council rates but no, despite assurance, it went to body corporate. I still owe over $3000.hopeless. Go to a smaller company, these guys have lost the plot.

Ezra Malolo review: Hands down, Ezra is one of the most reliable, proactive & passionate real estate agents I have ever come across. Even as a buyer in a market going nuts, Ezra regularly informed me of properties he thought may be of interest and within my budget. Ezra goes above and beyond more than any other agent I've come across and seems to genuinely care and be highly motivated and driven to help. You are in very good hands with Ezra!

Was getting frequent updates during the hot market as to where there was potentially a property within our price point.

My girlfriend and I have been dealing with Jamie and cannot believe the genuine service we have received, it doesn’t feel like it’s just about the property, she always asks about our family and how we are doing, she even remembered their birthday (twins), I can’t thank you enough for helping us with our property and having our best interest at heart. Top service mate

Sharyn showed a complete lack of commitment to sales or customer service. Judging by how she treated us as buyers, I would NOT want her selling my property.

So many poor reviews to read on here.

Jamie has just taken over my property and I’ve been blown away with the level of service I’ve received. It’s fresh to see prompt and genuine people working in the rental field. I’d recommend Engadine McGrath 110%

Ezra and Rowan.
What an absolute appalling display of unethical practice in real estate. Your demonstration of acting like savage vultures, ready to attack your next victim was shown in its true colours. You stalk those who have sold, and think your antics of bragging another agents sale price (which was "private and undisclosed") is your given right to advertise locally.

How dare you send random people an sms of a private sale price of property you didn't sell. The number of people you have sent this to has yet confirmed from your data base. Nether the vendor, nor the purchaser wished for this to be made as a "talk of the town".

After a verbal apology to the vendor, acknowledging that your actions were wrong, you then said you "didn't think anyone would be upset", you then did not have the decency to answer my questions or disclose where private and someone confidential sale information was obtained. You knew you did wrong, yet a formal apology has yet been obtained.

Ezra, with only 2 years of experience, one would of thought ethics was the first chapter of the book you "should"of read when becoming an estate agent, and still fresh in that brain of yours, or did you just skip that chapter? The second, would of been customer service. Learning the skill of being able to engage and communicate with customers is key to your profession. Hanging up the phone when asked questions is not a way of hiding the fact that you did wrong, and you knew you stepped over the line of indecent behaviour.

Rowan- as someone who believes his position is one of upmost importance, should also refresh your code of ethics and your professional code of conduct. Maybe Mcgrath estate agents told you that you didn't need to read those chapters, as you also knew what Ezra did was wrong.

Those who are wanting to sell their property within the 2233 area, be warned. These agents are like hungry vultures. Willing to practice outside unethical grounds, and not respecting the privacy or seeking permission to disclose a sale price of a property they didn't sell.
Awaiting a response or a return phone call would of been appreciated, prior to this matter being taken further.

Do not use McGrath if you can avoid it. The entire time we rented with them we did not have a single inspection (after being told we would). If we had an issue I would call McGrath who would proceed to pass us onto our "Property Manager" Stacey and not once did she ever call me back. I was required to tell the receptionist, after she told me that Stacey was in and she did not answer once for her to get up, go to her office and tell her to answer because as I said, she has not once returned any of our calls.
The reception were indifferent to our worries and issues and frankly I am just appalled with their service and their staff.
Do not use them.

Don’t let them manage your property. No communication, been lied to. And costly. Really disappointed.

Extremely rude through process. No communication. Constantly had to chase up. Hopeless at returning phone calls. Did not look after our interests

Rowan & Morgan worked very hard to sell our house in a very competitive market. It did take a lot longer to sell than Debbie & I expected. However we were very happy with the end result. Our relationship with Rowan & Morgan grew over the period of the sale & we became quite close. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others who are looking for a Professional Sales Team.

As first home buyers we felt in great hands with Morgan and Rowan throughout the whole process. They made a really unfamiliar experience seem straight forward and they were always available to answer our questions and guide us through the next steps.

While buying found their auction price guidelines a bit dubious. However, their communication was very good, keeping us in the loop, informing us of potential properties etc.

I honestly can't believe how a business can be so ignorant, i have never expected the commercial property management team to do anything more than their job but I would expect that should be the minimum standard, how this business in today's competitive market survives is beyond me. The lack of motivation in assisting us in exchanging our lease to the buyer of the business was beyond belief, we paid up on time and finalised all accounts as per their instructions, however they could not be bothered to return emails or phone calls in regards to returning our bond and repaying an over payment through their unclear instructions, if I was over 7 weeks late they would charge me interest on the invoice. All I am asking is to finalise my business with you McGrath. Do your basic job, I'm not asking for any more than that! If you can avoid dealing with this company you will save a lot of unnecessary headaches.

Do yourself a favour and avoid McGrath Engadine. They 'managed' our property for 18 months (im the owner/landlord) and apart from taking their commission have done little else. The first tenant they put in trashed the place, they didn't inform me of the poor condition it was left in. They then relet the house to someone else (took their commission on that one too) who reported a number of issues to McGrath with the property. McGrath did not attend to these concerns, that second tenant then moved out (without their issues being addressed) and i have taken possession of the property again and things are still broken, holes in walls, gardens overgrown, appliances destroyed etc. McGrath blamed a previous employee for the poor handling of the property and agreed to fix the appliances (the same one the tenant complained about), but that was 3 months ago and now they don't return my calls or emails.
If you are considering using McGrath Engadine for rental management think again, try 2233 or one of the other local agents - lets face it, they couldnt possibly be worse than McGrath!

Thanks Craig and Michael from mgrath for your quick and extremely efficient response for the sale of my grandfathers house in engadine.
It was great that you kept in touch with us every second day to let us know what was happening. No hassles in regards to sale- all went smoothly. You guys are extremely professional in your dealings with clients and future owners!
Would recommend you for any sale. Thanks so much!
