It has been 4 weeks and numerous number of phone calls nobody could be bothered to call me back and give me a simple answer in regards of refund for the holiday house where I and my family spent most of our holidays waiting for tradies to come and fix stuff that wasn’t working, the property is managed by McGrath Coffs Harbour Agency
