In particular, Stuart Taylor (Agent) provided a detailed overview of the property and was ultra responsive and patient in answering follow-up questions. Samantha Perras (Property Manager) made the transition easy and ensured the property was in excellent condition.

Underquoting is rife amongst this agency. Marc Gable is a particularly noteworthy culprit here - for example, guided a Bexley semi at $1.2m on the Wednesday before the Saturday auction, 35% below the final sale price. Claims to be an expert in the area. Either you’ve got no clue or your conduct is unconscionable. Buyers watch yourselves with this lot.

We rented a property through McGrath Brighton for over 3 years.and I must say that the service provided by Amanda and Becky was excellent (A+). Any of our requests were acted on promptly and followed up by them. They were always available to discuss any issues we had during our tenancy.
Unfortunately, having a difficult landlord did not help but even then, both Amanda and Becky, proved to be very professional and always willing to assist. Thank you McGrath! Thank you Amanda and Becky!

TENANTS BEWARE. I leased a residential property through McGrath Brighton Le Sands for 3 years. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to deduct $1,325 from the bond which included $280 to repaint some door frames and $550 to clean the floor tiles. I had to take the matter to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal ("NCAT"). The tribunal rejected their claim for painting and tile cleaning. Be careful when leasing through this agent.

I was at a auction last week in the area and I asked a question to the male agent he told me to check with my husband
I told him im not married I just would like to register and then he finally gave me the correct paperwork to register

do not sell your house with these people because I don't want to buy off them

I sold my family home with these agents they didn't follow my instructions and failed to do it in the time frame I asked and they agreed too.

they will not listen to you and just do as they like

We rented a property through Mc Garth and received absolutely best service ever. Becky and Amanda are the one of the best agents i have ever had. They responded to any of my request earlier than I expected. Repairs were fixed earliest possible, even during Christmas holidays. The way they communicate were very clear, professional and respectful.

Dishonest & deceptive. They massively under quote houses to get more buyers’ interest & end up wasting people’s time. I think twice now before looking at a property with these agents.

My wife and I rented a property through McGrath Brighton for the past 2 and a half years. They were very helpful through Covid and easy to deal with. We always received a response to any concerns we had in a timely manner and most issues were rectified promptly.

Not good, called them multiple times regarding an interest in a private inspection of a property I'm keen on and left msgs with the receptionists multiple times, yet haven't received a call back from the agent, as they keep saying he will call me.
