COVID, created a number of issues, however these were dealt with in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Peter as an agent to buy a home. He is very professional and throughout the whole open homes, selling process he kept me fully informed of every step. I was introduced to everyone working with Peter and made to feel comfortable during the whole experience. Peter is very personable and has a wholesome knowledge of the property market in the area and provided me with details of recent sales and what I could reasonably expect at auction.

I booked an appointment to inspect an open house. I also registered online for the booking, but when I reached for inspection, firstly, the agent came 10 minutes late and then she said me that sorry this house has been already leased an hour ago. I was shocked that I planned my whole day just for this appointment and McGraths Blacktown, disappointed me. At least they should lease a property after completing all the inspections or at least they should let the customer know that you don’t need to come for inspection a day before.

Highly recommended! Peter is an honest, friendly, informative and patient agent. We came across some dry agents however, Peter and Joel were both warm and welcoming.

P. S. If you're a vendor, McGrath Blacktown also make the best + well presented pamphlets for the properties they are selling.
