Gave 5 weeks notice as we managed to enter property ownership, McGrath charged us 4 weeks break lease, used stand over tactics to force inspection whilst could have been under quarantine restrictions and failed to confirm Covid safe inspection. Nastiest property manager experienced in many years renting. Greedy, nasty and unprofessional.
