Emma Shuttleworth of McGrath's Castle Hill manages my property and I am happy to recommend her. Emma takes care of the maintenance issues and is responsive to the tenants' requests, ensuring that they are happy. She obtains several quotes for any issues, sends photos of the fix and ensures that I am happy with the work done. In one case where the plumbing work was unsatisfactory, Emma quickly had it re-done properly. Emma is an excellent communicator, always polite, is on top of her portfolio and is an asset to McGraths.

I have a terrible experience dealing with Simonne Rojas at McGrath Castle Hill real estate agent. When I want things to get fix, they are totally ignored. All the whole house, the ceilings are mould and we addressed and they did nothing about it. They forced me to sign the contract 3 months ahead before the lease expired which was too early to do it. I regretted to take the rental property from this agent because the service was very bad and nasty. Lucky I was able to find another property at the end of lease. Just let anyone know be aware of this agent, not caring about their tenants and very unprofessional services.

Absolute rubbish service. As a tenant i have suffered since the day I signed the contract with them. The house wasnt clean, gas leak, backyard door broken. On top of that their property manger doesnt give a damn if someone is dying or if there is need of urgent repairs. Never responds, never gets back or gets anything done. Will not recommend to anyone. I am disgusted and disappointed. Dont let the paid reviews fool you. Slavica is a property manager from hell. You keep on telling her the issues and when when you complain that why nothing is done she asks “oh, is there anything i can help u with? ” Yes! You can help me with the issues i have been emailing you for the past few months like an idiot. Fooling us with this charade. We were stuck in the house with gas leak for weeks. They did not take this health hazard seriously as if our lives were worthless for them.

Slavica at McGrath is an absolute gem! She is prompt, attentive but above all kind and genuinely wants the best for the tenants and properties she manages. She has never let us down. If every property manager was as good as her, the rental market would be a pleasant place. Please never leave Slavica! McGrath give this woman a 1000000% raise!

Few month have passed and still not impressed by either Jason or Simone.

At this stage not very impressed.

Few month down the track even less impressed by Simonne handling of my rental. Thinking very strongly to look for an other real estate.

I think I would rate these guys are a two. Having a tile broken out the front plus a so so fake camera they reckon but owner says to take tape down. Didn’t get our bond back. Reckon we had an animal that destroyed the grass funny that grass didn’t grow due to the weather.

I leased through McGrath in early March; there were at lest 3 different property managers until my stay till June. I didn’t enjoy the process of renting and living at that property. Anything the owner had to pay was not done or delayed but if I had to pay they billed every little thing. I had requested the lawn to be mowed when I moved in it was not done. There was no green bins to the property. I was happy to pay for the gas and rubbish but my experience was very poor.
