Well the food it's getting smaller but thats for all maccas.

I don't like the fact that family bundles are not available in the app

Place was filthy, staff where extremely rude, food was cold and oily as most maccas are but somehow this was the most oily mcdonald’s i’ve had.chips where soggy and tasted like straight butter.staff on phones while working and extremely unhelpful and rude.

Ridiculously small sausage and egg mcmuffin, need to have thicker meat on the burgers.larger buns

Continuously forget things in the order on numerous occasions. Unreliable and poor effort to resolve.

Waited over 10 minutes for my order. Nobody else waiting. Asked why it took so long. Was belligerently told they had to cook fresh fries for me. Fries were cold and stale. Rude, lazy, dishonest staff, every time I foolishly spend my money there. Absolute garbage that isn't cheap.

Drive through operator was trying to take my order using wrong speaker/intercom. When another car came through in next lane, she immediately stopped trying to take my order and proceeded to take the other person's order. When I drove to the window, the operator still couldn't find my order and requested that I pay even though it was an online order. I was then told to go to last window to collect my order. After about 10mins I could hear staff asking why someone was waiting at that window. Someone then came to the window to ask what I was waiting for. I told them I had been instructed to wait there for my coffee. It finally arrived, however it tasted like it had been made with the wrong milk and was like warm. Won't be going through that drive through again.

Staff need more training. I paid my $$ for these guys to miss my order items. Small thing, but i add sause and paid 60 cent for that but when i got my stuff i am missing my item. Went home and opened, so can’t even go back.
Get more TRAINING TO CHECK IN SCREEN FOR CUSTOMER ORDER ITEM AND PACKING SKILLS.
Worthless

More than once have ordered Coffee frappe in drive thru and received a caramel one instead.really disappointed seeing as I did not have time to return and get it fixed.

Worst Big Mac ever I have been through the drive through, could someone teach the staff how to make a burger, no lettuce and chucked all over the place burger was a mess. Previously months ago they didnt even bother putting the top bit on completely missing. Unfortunately not notice until left the place. Couple days ago thought we would get 2 quarter pounders ate 1/2 both of us through the rest out. Worst burgers ever, try harder the burgers are worse at McDonalds McGraths Hill yuck.

Ordered a grand big mac meal and a juniorbig mac meal ($27.45) though drive thru, received our bag of food, the girl at window giving us our bag seemed in a hurry pretty much threw the bag at us we went and parked in car park, opened up and only half the filling, not happy, so back through drive thru second time round was great, replaced meal and it was hot and fresh and fries were awesome, crisp and hot!

I had a big brekkie meal, and unfortunately I got food poisoning. I would say five stars because the meal was decent, but the sickness throughout work yesterday and today had me drained and drowsy Recommend McDonalds sets COVID-19 standards for cleaning? Plenty of time to do so while the lockdown is still active?

The only thing this maccas worries about is their drive thru timer. The speed at which you get food through the drive thru is record breaking - I have never had such fast service. But if you want to have someone look at you, smile, or say have a good day then maybe another maccas is for you. I respect that their management must be very strict on the drive thru timer but me personally I would be happy to wait another minute in a drive through if I came out the other end feeling warm and fuzzy.

Also excellent service and fast service. Need a coffee on the run, this McDonald’s serves a great coffee. Keep up the good work.

This would have to be THE worst McD's I have ever been to. Meals were never right. Service often slow and disorganised, particularly drive through. Staff in tears at Service window. Don't even bother complaining, I did, the Service got worse, food was presented badly. It is my local restaurant. Although I must say, yesterday's drive through was efficient and spot on. The Manager even looked friendly. Maybe they finally read my letter.

Had to wait 10 minutes because they couldn’t take the order, pay for a large 20 nugget meal get 17 nuggets.

Absolutely ridiculous

I haven't had maccas for a while and forgot how bad the burgers were, I remember now why I haven't had them for so long, no stars for maccas. The stars are for the staff.

Went on a Saturday morning. Quick service. So no complaints but nothing special either. Lot of bikers in the morning so the outer area was pretty busy since it was raining that day too.

Go there to pray for stuff in the car. A drink & hot cross bun.
We have always found Windsor MacDonald's staff, really nice.glad they don't get washed out.
