McDonald's West Ryde

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to whoever was on the team at 11: 20pm, the service was amazing, burgers were made with love and care and the main reason I'm leaving this review was the fries, by far the best fries I've gotten from a McDonald's in my life!

The best customer service provided by Lauren at West Ryde McDonald. She is so helpful, friendly and approachable.

Went there larst night took me 20 min to get to the service window then the wonted my to park to wait for my meal if McDonald’s was looking for the worst service in Australia this restaurant would be the one but the worst thing is that the staff just didn’t care

The new fitout is appalling, it feels like you're at some detention centre. It used to be such a pleasant airy place with outside seating overlooking Victoria Rd. We used to love going their with the kids on the weekend, now that is all gone.

Convenient as it's 24/7. The drive thru can be slow in the mornings. The staff were friendly. Sometimes you need to double check your orders because they forget to put all orders into your bag.

Bad customer service at drive thru today. Swap my order twice. Wasted 9 minutes still wrong. Then another 7 minutes after got fixed. Ruined the mood. Full of arrogance. Not even mentioned sorry.

Yesterday I stopped here. Cashier was holding my order half melted with no tissues. I have to asked for tissues.

Sick place. Will never go back. My local Mc donalds is doing a great job.

Ordering a takeaway meal took >30 minutes, has been a poor experience without the docket provided when ordered and you can trust the subsequent order lost.

Very strange layout of the store. Wasn't very clean when I went, but seemed like they lacked staff and Covid is around. Food was made well and the person was polite behind the counter. Overall a good experience.

Worst Macca's in Australia! While the manager and staff were clearly visible from the drive through drinking iced coffees tonight without masks on in the food prep area, every single car that went through drive thru had to wait in the waiting bay. Not only did I wait for sundaes that don't require any cooking time, other customers that were behind me got their food before me!

It's a macc's it's exactly what you would expect. It's a little small for such a busy location and the drive thru is always backed up if it's even slightly busy.

Not a busy family restaurant.they are pedantic with checking if u sign in with QR Codes. Did I mention they removed the menu board.

Rude and beyond unenthusiastic staff. Obviously if you hate working here, find a new job. Their automated order machines don't work and it's like the Spanish Inquisition when you tell them that you don't have a receipt. Uncaring, attitudes.these young people will be in for a rude awakening in the future. Unless this is what had become of the service industry, then I can see why nobody will have a job in the future and it will be all automated.

Decent McDonald's but they forgot to provide chips with my order. Were happy enough to provide chips upon my request.

I also went at night time. The burger was sloppily put together and the wait was longer than what I have come to expect at other McDonald's operating at similar hours.

After a long time got to taste the fresh Fries and real tastes of all the items.

Overall, quick service and fresh fast food.

I do not normally write reviews online, however, the young lady who served me in drive-thru this morning was exceptional! She didn't have a name badge on, but the service was unlike anything I usually see from here. I was skeptical coming back to this McDonald's after previous bad experience but she took my order so fast and was very understanding, helping me when I wanted to make changes to my order even when it was very busy.

Poor drive-thru service. Ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins and only received one. Stay far away from here. I'd suggest taking the extra mile and go to Rydalmere maccas for better services.

Good coffee but apparently you won't get what you really want! Complete different with what I've ordered from UberEat

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Coffee Luke warm and disgusting. Juniors not trained properly

My son is allergic to ketchup, and the nice employee named Lauren went to every measure to ensure there was not tomato sauce on any of the burgers. Thanks, great customer service skills
