I love that it's so near my hotel Service not too slow eventho it was a lot of orders. Considerate speed

Tonight i ordered a meal on menulog and the driver was excellent and nice but the food was atrocious! I ordered a single big mac with no meat patty’s and extra pickles in a large meal with a salted caramel frappe, as well as onion rings.i was given a double big mac with all 4 meat patty’s and no extra pickles, i was also given a chocolate frappe.this wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact im vegetarian and don’t like chocolate.so overall, menulog service was impeccable but the mcdonald’s will have me never going back and u shouldn’t go either

My nuggets were really crispy. The best nuggets I've ever had. They did forget my sauce tho, but i went back to get them, no complaints, got my sauce

Personally didn't go there myself I had a friend get food for me and my kids from there I live in Marrickville.by the time it arrived it was still warmish enough to eat

Ordered on my way home from a long day in Sydney with only $2 in my wallet. Bought a single slice of rasin toast and it was stale, burnt and flat. I could have bought an entire loaf of rasin bread for that price and still could have gotten a good slice of rasin toast at home. Absolutely ridiculous.

Normally fine but - I used to be a regular for two years in the city until getting charged for $4 for a soda water. It's $8 for a burger. Not sure how someone messes up like this because it is wildly ineffective - however is great for my eating habits so I guess good job guys! 4 stars for the assist on my dietary habits

The venue on the George St is not big and was a bit crowed as lots of people were waiting for their orders. Service was quick and luckily we found a table though it was not that tidy. Looks like they are not providing tissues?

WHYYY is the Mcveggie off the menu!? There are no vegetarian or vegan options available anymore. I'm so confused. On the website it says try the mcveggie with the picture and everything and there's no option to select, this is straight up false advertising and not inclusive to begin with.

Ate here about 5 times now and found the place well kept and clean. Good staff, and eating on the 2nd level is always a good treat while enjoying the view of traffic and passers by if you’re into that.

It's open 24hrs, however, it's a bit slow on service as all front staff are sleepwalking after long days at uni, some of the clientele at late hours are scary and there are beggers out the front that make you feel guilty buying food. Although it does taste like Macca's food so that's something. Recent photos attached.

The ordering process was confusing. I would not engage with Mc Donald's again. Good if you are a regular customer. However, it's not a Restaurant I would frequent.

Bought 4 cups of Coffee. The worst I have ever tasted. It was so bad and cold I went and complained. The staff was kind enough to offer to make another lot. I said 'fine, if you can make better ones'. She made 4 more but amazingly horrible again. Only difference was they were slightly warmer.
I don't know about other items there but I will never ever buy another cup of coffee not only from this McDonald's but any other branch (though I have tasted better ones elsewhere)

Unfortunately this McDonald's is dirty and unfriendly. Access to the toilet is extremely difficult. The staff need to learn how to clean tables and adopt a more civil attitude towards the paying customers who, after all pay their wages

I am not happy with customer service. I asked for skim milk coffee and staff used full cream milk for making coffee in front of my eyes and when I asked if she used skimmed milk she said definately yes. What a liars. Meccas must focus on customer service.

It's McDonald's. Needs more staff for the volume of customers, service was rushed, mistakes were made and waiting time was inconvenient. More employees.

The service could have been better and the staff were rude and in the end I had no call the manager for the inconvenience that visit and I would be up set if my children were there because then they would have had a problem.

Very poor service, 20min wait for fast food! 4 people working in the kitchen 20 waiting for food. No sense of any urgency

Thank you Unis for correcting my order, I really appreciate it. Her team looked very busy and always copping a hammering in the wee hours of the morning. Thank you for the great customer service.
