McDonald's Sydney Airport - Gateway

There was spilt coke on the floor with a cup sitting in top, no toilet paper at all in both of the ladies toilets.not very clean

I am pretty sure with the Turnover for this MCdonalds they definitely can Afford a Full Time Cleaner only. Floors and Toilets are like 3rd world Countries.

Perhaps the best Maccas in Sydney. You can even sit and work here when the store is not affected by lockdown restrictions.

Food arrived in a timely manner, however there were none of the required fries. Tried calling Maccas at Mascot Airport, however they just won't answer their phone, it doesn't even go to voicemail. Not happy at all. Not good enough Mac Donald's, will go to Hungry Jacks in future.

Stuff busy with mobile phone while at work. I have videos can share just let me know if there is anybody from management however lady manager at night she doesn’t bother about using mobile phones at work by stuffs.

No locks on toilets, not even for the disability toilets. Always toilets are very dirty, should agree with food toilets are also very important part of the food service industry. This management is ruining mc Donald’s reputation.

Close to Domestic Airport and Private Jet area. Ample space to park and service was very quick.

I usually swap my empty coffee cup for a full one. Thus time the Makkers girl said "the bin is over there". Makkers coffee quality has declined markedly. You can't charge $5.20 for very ordinary coffee.

Every day, McDondalds has new staff. Staff turnover high?

I will be going to Krispy Kreme from now on!

Bit slower service than i was expecting but my food was fresh so definitely butter than average

My family and I are staying at the ibis near the airport.
We ordered dinner at McDonald's. With the kids meal we ordered 2 sides of strawberry yoghurt which we found out after returning g to our motel room was not there. Rather upset about it as Tom my 10 month old son loves the strawberry yoghurt

I just ordered today via Deliveroo and found a fly swimming inside my large cappuccino. It's very disappointing Maccas. Very very disappointing.

Barely busy but took ages. Hopeless service, staff too busy talking to each other and then apologising for the delay

Food always good but the young man making coffee really ruined it. I left it on the counter still 3/4 full as couldn't drink it

Since Covid-19 service is now a dirty word.

Very inconsiderate and careless. I asked for no bacon on my bacon and egg mc muffin, yet still found half a bacon on it. Luckily I gave it to my dog, and enjoyed it.

I didn't eat but took big steamy dump in the car park, good level asphalt for when you're squatting down and plenty of napkins and bags around to wipe with all and all 6 out of 10 on the car park big

I came here approximately 34.3 days ago and I didn't enjoy it, I was recommended this place by my colleagues dog after he told me that he enjoyed the chicken burger.
I ordered a McChicken Burgerand I got it after waiting 6 long minutes. I bit into it and the inside was pink, it tasted good but it was pink! I then immediately went into the males toilets and threw up the McChicken burger. Some familiar tall russian man with a husky looked under the cubicle and said in a thick accent if I want some krokodil. I hesitantly accepted and that made me feel better. On the plus side, the toilets were very clean before I came in.
I won't be recommending the food to anyone but I will be recommending the toilets.

Provides a free parking space within 5 min from the airport terminals. Good if you need somewhere to wait while you wait for the text from the 'arrival' you are picking up. There is similar parking at neighbouring franchise places. Thankfully it is not necessary to use the McDonald's to use their parking. Cheeky of me to do so. If the airport provided some similar free parking I would not have to abuse these businesses.

It's always 1st choice, but this Mac really wonderful views with both sides. Inner spaces really nice and enough outdoor parking. Having drive in and quick responsive service people.
