77 Did the drive through, I ordered 2 takeaway meals with 2 hot apple pies
Chips were cold/old and they forgot to put the hot apple pies in the bag.
What a disappointment.
It’s Macca’s you know what to expect. Burgers that are half the size of the ads, and look nothing like the photo, but it gets rid of a hangover like nothing else. Extremely mediocre. Absolutely average. Massively middle of the road.
Took 3 times to get my sons burger order right.i only asked for no sauce.this happens alot and getting asked to park in waiting bay almost happens everytime we go.service is slow not enough staff.
Toilets and amenities are always atrocious. I visit this store weekly. Service could be better. Never a staff member with a smile or is welcoming.
Nothing special here except paper often missing for your order number. So remember to read your order number on the screen
I visited this fine dining place and did not experience fine dining part. To be quite specific, the self order machines did not work so that called for me having to converse with a measly employee. After this trouble, my fellows and I had to sit and endure pure agony of waiting for approximately 30 minutes for one soft serve. This was a preposterous experience and I do not wish this experience upon my worst enemy.
I would give minus 5 stars if I could.
9th October 2023, around 10.40pm, the shop seemed to have some sort of technical issues, bringing their drive thru traffic to a standstill.
Instead of taking measures to either soothe the traffic or come out and explain to their customers, the store management simply ignored the congestion and let people wait in their cars in the drive thru for more than 20mins without explanation.
No one answered the shop phone either.
They've messed up my order so many times or packed it so the food/drinks spilled and leaked through the bad
Old food. Poor customer service. Cold chips. Difficult to ask for tissue.difficult to ask for sauce. Unfriendly service. Not recommended
This is an OG Maccas, Ive been coming here since I was a child almost 30 years now. And they also have fried chicken which was a shock to me and it tastes great!
Struggles to keep up with demand, quality and presentation of food is poor and inconsistent, order mistakes are not uncommon. This McDonald’s is a good example of poor management.
Spill my wife hot chocolate accidentally, a friendly staff ask the Batista to make another cup for free. 5 star customer service.
Just waited over 15 mins in drive thru for a breakfast order. Staff didn’t even apologise. Worst experience at a Maccas I’ve ever had.

Forgot my sweet and sour sauce for my chicken nuggets. Make sure you check your order especially if you are doing drive through!
If you love having missing items from your order, we’ll you’ve picked the right store! I have lived close by for 4 years and every time I have ordered over the 4 years I have always had an issue. Not sure how it’s so hard to check the correct items are in the bag before sending it on its way. When you call for service they rude and not understanding. Good luck!
I lost my phone there and Ive been finding for it for a long time after I got home. When I give it a call, one staff there quickly picked up my phone and told me my phone is actually in their store. I forgot to ask for his name when I get back to pick up my phone, but really appreciate that! Just wanna say, hi Mr.stranger, you really deserve 5 stars!
Average staff experience, no better or worse than elsewhere. Until tonight when a staff member walked through the restaurant and stormed into the kitchen (without a mask on) arguing and shouting at everyone on their way.
Edit: Wow. I haven’t even received my new after 16min. All the staff in this place are very angry. The whole “restaurant” can see the entire kitchen shouting and arguing with each other.
I’ve always had problems with this McDonald’s from them giving me stale food to them giving me a seeded bun when I specifically told them I have allergies. Here’s s new one, they gave me a double cheeseburger with what looks like a bitten off patty, also waited ten minutes and asked for everything fresh and they still managed to give me soggy fries. Like just close this branch down if they can’t fix their food. They’ve also previously missed food on my orders. And completely forgot to add a patty to my mc spicy. I even tried calling them, they’ve stopped answering their phone. ️
