McDonald's Revesby

Arrived at drive thru and ordered at 7: 05AM waited till 7: 10 before i got told to wait at the waiting bay for my hash browns. Waited there till 7: 25 and ran out of time and frustrated. I ended up leaving without even taking my order. Ridiculous to be waiting for 20 minutes for some simple hash-browns. I get faster service from a gourmet cafe/restaurant.

Wow how tf does this got 3 stars at max 1 star which is being generous. The environment is absolutely disgusting the workers are rude especially the blonde girl. Food was cold and not even considered food wow these people need to step up. Go to padstow or milperra instead

I honestly feel extreme dread everything someone from my family wants to get McDonald’s from here, it would honestly be quicker to make a 3 course meal at home. The food is always soggy and never made correctly. The staff have no sense of urgency or training and are regularly rude. If you want McDonald’s just take the extra 5 mins to drive down the road to McDonald’s milperra.

I didn’t get one single part of my order, they even had the nerve to give me a burger that had nothing but a single piece of chicken in it. This is the second time this has happened to me in 3 days. You people have to fix up and cut the slack.

Pretty nice McDonald's to eat in, at. One of the better McDonald's playgrounds. Nice atmosphere. Very relaxing and modern.

I went in through the drive thru with my mother, simply to hug some soft serve cones and caramel sauce filled lids. We pull up to the window where we were to collect the food from, and we saw the manager scratch her dirty leg and then reach for the cones to fill up. She did not wash her hands and handed us the cones. My mother kindly asked her to please clean her hands and redo one of the cones as she is a germaphobe and apologise profusely. Halfway through her sentence, the manager turned around and filled up yet another cone, hands still unclean. Another crew member was seemingly talking about my mother to the manager in a rude way, and said “What does she even want? ” in the rudest tone with such a disgusted face. We could not hear the rest of the discussion, and the manager turned back and rudely handed my mum the cone.

Honestly disgusting behaviour from a McDonalds we frequent as a family, and usually have a good experience at.

Ordered a Quarter pounder drive through.got home started to eat.
No pickles or onions etc.worst burger ever tasted

Every time its a hot day they say their frozen drink machine is broken. This has happened to us more than 20 times. Just a tip. The machine isnt broken, they are lying to customers. They just turn it off on hot days so they dont sell too many $1 frozen drinks as they dont make any money.
The $1 frozen is a marketing ploy to get you in the store and spend more money on other items. If a billion dollar company had a machine that broke that often, they would replace it. This is a con

This will be the last time I buy from this Maccas.
Early morning they have no customer and I had to wait 25 minutes for a Ham and tomato sandwich with no Cheese!
I had to leave my car while in drive through to get in there and ask then they start doing it.
30 minutes late for my job.
Unacceptable attitude from Indian lady.

After all I receive the sandwich with no Ham in it.

Ask for small chips straight from fryer. They gave me a half serving of chips in a medium packet that were cold. Also my fillet o fish burger had the fish patty half hanging out of the box. Revesby maccas is definitely slipping lately.

Most rudest asian lady on the counter at customer service most worst lady who yells & shouts on the customers like she's there to make the customers run away from buying food like she wanna fight with customers most worst experience will never ever come back again won't recommend this to any single person. McDonald's Revesby management must remove this lady from this job and should seriously take action against her so she can't keep yelling on people.

Worst mcdonalds burger ive ever eaten. Taste like cooked 2 hrs prior and just microvawed before give me. If its busy, people happy to wait 5 extra minutes rather than eat rubber burgers!

The go to place for takeaway for kids when we can't be bothered cooking. Ordered with Menulog, meals were fine but 2 cokes delivered instead of shakes. Called up, the shake machine is down so we substituted and we'll put you in the book to get free shakes. Cokes were tipped out.
Ok if you can manage full tech integration MCD to mnl to visa to pos etc, surely you can manage to send a note, email, text or call to say hey got your money but can't actually deliver our part of the deal, want something else or a refund. Easy problem solved.
I get it, I used to work at maccas so I don't blame the franchisee working with the systems they're permitted. Machines break but I have to spend 15 minutes of my life driving there and and back after asking some kid for few bucks of shakes? Embarrassing. Ain't tech great, Thornleigh. Revenue vs service cost ratio has never looked so good.

Confusing car park. Slow drive thru but they were busy.just doesn't look clean due to all the businesses around. Don't think I'll stop there again

Same tasting maccas as you would expect. Service is lacking and being encouraged to use the self serve boards. Very long wait for the food.

This is the closest to my home where I can use the food voucher, busy but my breakfast was very good and it was very easy and simple process, thanks Maccas Revesby.

We normally get our dinner from this Macdonald. We went to this Macdonald to get dinner last night, 9 October. We waited for a long time to get served and it took us over 20 mins to get our orders. The staff was rude in their service and made multiple mistakes in our orders. We had specifically repeated our orders to the girls a few times to make sure the orders were correct. We ordered vanilla coke and no salt on the chips for the meals. The girl gave us the normal coke and challenged my husband that we ordered the normal coke instead of vanilla coke. Her attitude towards my husband was quite rude and wasn't happy when we requested her to rectify their mistake bying giving us the vanilla coke. When we got home, we found the chips were covered in lots of salt and the chips were so old and cold. Also, we were passed around among the staff during the service. There were no names on the duty manager plaque on the wall. If there was a duty manager around, he or she wasn't managing the store and Everyone "looked" busy but some of staff just pretened being busy, not serving the customers. It was a completely chaos last night. One of the customers was waiting for her good more than 1 hour. Is this the new term for "fast food" for Macdonald now? Poor service and poor quality of the food

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S STORE!

I ordered a large double cheeseburger meal with a water bottle. Waited 15 minutes to get through the drive through because they were very slow, and because there was a car in front of me trying to claim her free meal because they stuffed up her order earlier that day. She was passed around the staff 3 times until the manager came to speak to her.

My double cheeseburger was dry, with very little sauce. The patties were also cold. I wouldn't normally complain, however I purchased a large meal, and the chip packet was less than half full (smaller than a small size). To top it off it was old, cold fries. The icing on the cake was I received a warm bottle of water. It wasn't even room temperature!

MCDONALD'S, GET A NEW MANAGER FOR THIS STORE ASAP!

Ordered two things, I'm told the sundae tasted fantastic, but I couldn't wait any longer and left before my food came out (10-15 minutes in waiting bay is too long to be classified as fast food)
