McDonald's Padstow

Went through the drive through and was served by Oscar who was so pleasant and patient with the order. Not rushed or annoyed like alot of drive through cashier staff.

Kicked me out at 12: 15am halfway through my order because I wasn’t allowed inside, but the doors were working. Went drive thru and got home and my chips were missing, such a rort

This Macca's was on the way to two places on the weekend, and came in handy both times! It's usually a bit tricky finding a park when I come through (you might be better to grab a street park just outside the carpark entrance), but service was quick both times I was there on the weekend, and the staff were always friendly. It's easy to say you'd expect that in a McDonald's, but they were busy both times so I thought that showed a lot of resilience on their part

The most perfect placed Maccas for us westies coming home from a big night would recommend. For the old timers who would remember Rhonda

Called up for my grandpa and ordered our food on the phone. The number was provided by Google, we didn’t know you couldn’t order on the phone, and we got told to get a life and and go and order online and to get something better to do. We had no intention of fooling around but we got treated poorly and it’s not exceptable. Me and my grandfather will not be ordering from there again

I broke down in padstow maccas drive thru (lucky they had 2 lanes) and told the lady through the microphone. As I was opening my bonnet to figure out why it was steaming your manager Mark came out with 4 large waters and had really helpful advice. He was so lovely and friendly somebody please give him a promotion

I am waiting for food outside its very hot and there is no any sitting place for drivers even they refurbished building recently please make a sitting area for drivers.because there is a always long waiting.

It was like a tomb. Wake up maccas, restaurants are open to sit in now. Even the Cafe section was closed and draped on tape. Woeful!

Asked for fresh food.
Was told it would be made fresh.
It wasn’t fresh. It was old. My coffee wasn’t even hot.

I am uber driver and this MacDonald is really annoying for all drivers as usually thay miss some items and take so long even there is no any sitting place for drivers so we wait for hours by standing outside. Now i wont pick up any delivery from this MacDonald.

As McDonald's its hit and miss but you can't go wrong with there chicken pieces they are mouth watering.

They're just renovating the store ATM, however the drive thru has 2 lanes to order. The carpark is a bit tight and I'd say a bit small for requirements.

I ordered a Waygu burger and a Mcspicy burger for my hard working father, yes he still goes to the office at his age. I only received the Waygu burger! We had to share, but half a burger is not enough to sustain any man for lunch. We went back to the restaurant but a lady there started shouting at us. It's disgraceful. Don't ever come here.

Waiting for my order for 30mins and still nothing.

Staff not wearing masks properly

I asked if they have the new pokemon toy for happy meal on the phone they said they do. So I went asap and asked on drivethru speaker too they said they still have it. So I paid 2 happy meal sets for my kids. After paying they then tell me they ran out. So you either didn't care or just straight up lied for $10 that's just sad. Hope it was worth it cause I ain't coming back. Thanks for amazing experience.

I genuinely don't understand why your service is so bad. People please just goto Revesby branch.they at least care about "basic" service.

last time i had gone i asked for the person incharge regarding my food not being there
her name was Holly had such a disgusting attitude and kept giving dirty faces

This is the best store of MC Donald's that I have been in 12 months. Very friendly and polite people.

The Monday to Friday day shift at Macas Padstow are probably the best Macas team I’ve seen. (Also restaurant alway spotless).
After hours different story. Today Saturday 18/sep/21 I asked the drive through attendant if they have the new coffee roast blend made in Melbourne that Macas are advertising on TV and Radio but the drive through attendant had NO idea what I was talking about even after explaining 3 times and referring her to the advertising witch has probably cost Macas millions of dollars she even asked someone else and they had no idea. Not to sure if training is need I just thought it was strange that they had no idea what I was talking about!

Always happy with the friendly Staff, Service and food. Padstow has to be one of my favourite stores and has been for many years now
