Mcdonald's needs to keep their store a little cleaner. Rubbish overflowing out of bins, tables not clean, not just this store.all
Mcdonald's has let the cleaning go.

Took the workers 10 minutes to give me a large fries and 2 cones with flakes.they were messing around the whole time and weren’t taking any of their job seriously.

Filthy male toilets, obviously not cleaned regularly. Paper litter and unwiped tables. This was early morning and not busy. Half the staff standing around chatting and drinking coffee. No sense or urgency despite complaints from numerous customers. My wife ordered raisin toast was given banana bread. One piece was broken into small pieces. It looked like it had fallen on the floor snd someone trod on it. When this was pointed out to the surly wait person she offered no apology. Worst MacDonald's I've ever visited. Won't be back.

Most disgusting and dirtiest and place ive ever been to no customer service got eat in and food was cold and thrown into a bag won't be back

Me and my dad went into this Mcdonald’s this morning around 9: 30 and the food was amazing and so was service. Although it was not quite busy the staff were still so quick to service our food and all of it was fresh and hot, so delicious! The staff were relaxed and super sweet which made the atmosphere super relaxed and made me feel very comfortable. They wished me a great day and just wanted to mention them as they were super kind and prepared the food very quick and it was outstanding!:)

Dreadful service, my burger looked like picasso created it, and the shake was half melted, something we have come to expect these days

One of the very busiest Maccas I've ever visited. Food of consistent quality. One of the places you know what to expect.

Terrible service this morning. First, the machine did not print a receipt. Then I had to wait nearly 15 mins for a McMuffin meal. Great rows of half-made McMuffins lined up and going cold waiting on eggs. Finally got my order 132 after 149. Got to the car and found the McMuffin unwrapped in bottom of the bag and it was the wrong type and cold. I don't like bacon. Very annoyed.

We wish to thank a lovely lady from Macca's named Gayle that gave us a helping hand with my husband who was finding it hard to walk and she gave us five star service, thank you Gayle such a very kind lady, and the food and coffee was good also.

Not enough staff- waited 52 minutes for a cappuccino. Cappuccino was poorly made- lots of sugar in the bottom of the cup

Ordered chicken salted chips & Paid more. Received plain un salted chips, when I went back to counter they said they ran out. I wouldn't have ordered them if that was the case, not even an apology.

Need better customer service and less focus on the Drive Through.

The Covid Marshall had to serve us as everyone else was busy bickering about who was in charge and serving the drive through customers.

It can not be difficult to give your customers hot food. Just got honey soy crispy chicken wrap. Cold. Mac oz burger. Cold. Two chips. Cold. Mac nuggets. Cold. But guess what drinks were cold. At least you got one right. The chips were chewy like they had been there for hours. Disappointed.

Typically dirty toilets and blocked effluent over the tiled area. Surely an establishment making this much money can afford to clean the toilets. Avoid as toilets are always dirty at the best of times.

A great pitstop point driving north of Sydney along M1/A1. About two hours away from Sydney, kind of acts as midpoint stop between Sydney and Port Macquarie.

They were busy and did a good job. But.if something is not offered make sure it can't be ordered. If it was for me I wouldn't care, but when you have hungry kids and they were hanging out for something (remember it was busy) it is pretty annoying.

One of the hardest working McDonald's crew in NSW. My family always stop by here from a 90min drive from Western Sydney.

The staff is well trained to handle high volume of customers at peak breakfast time.

Food is good as expected especially when the crew is under the pump. Good job guys!

I only tend to go to Macca's during a road trip and this one was definitely one of the better ones. The Angus burger was tasty and the toilets nice and clean.

Consistently disorganised. Received our seated dining order as a take away order, which ok fine.but half of it was missing, literally all the fries and a couple of small items. Server argued about it before giving us our missing items, still short one order of fries but by this time we just wanted to sit and eat.

I went back up later to the McCafe desk, ordered a small item to take away. When my number was called, the server didn't bother to wait for someone to come up, they just turned around and did something else. No idea what she did with the item. I tried unsuccessfully to get someone's attention and was told to wait until my number was called. She called my number again.and got offended when I pointed out that yes that's me and maybe she should pay attention to her customers.

Oh. Men's toilets were closed, so we were treated to a front row seat of random men urinating in the garden next to the window.

Great Drive through experience. Great service although didn't have the item we wanted. Was asked to choose something different or wait 6-10 mins. Opted for the other item.
