McDonald's Forster

Still only half filling their fries. If you go through drive through, check before leaving.

Made to drive through three times to order three meals at drive through. Stupidity. I’ll be making sure the owner will have to go to the back of the line for each item they wish to purchase at my business.

The service was good and the food was made with care and tasted great. Didn't even have to wait long for it at all.

It's maccas the same as the rest of them but had a problem and the manager sorted it out quickly

The worst. Waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee that had no ice in it.
The store was filthy. The bins were overflowing
The food preparation area was disgusting! They were walking thru food that was all over the floor of the kitchen and all their packaging containers were all over the floor
The coffee area was atrocious. It was like they have never wiped down the benches
The attitude of staff was disgusting

I frequently purchase drive through from this Maccas and I must say out of all of NSW I have never come across one so incompetent than this one in Forster. My 3rd drive through this holidays and they get the orders wrong each time. Over the year they have gotten it wrong 90% of the time. You certainly pay for it! They never get that wrong! But they get the delivery wrong every single time! Don’t wait to check either because you will get the dirty look from them while you sit in your car to check.
Save your money and go to KFC or Hungry Jacks. This place is not worth it, I am over it after just being robbed again by them. I paid for chips, not included, and they also replacing the spicy chicken burger I paid for a standard chicken burger. They steal money from people and get away with it because you have driven off. Maccas head office needs to investigate these ongoing practices they are doing, they know and making a motza!

Customer service was good and it was clean. My fries came filled to the top but my cheeseburger came burnt and when i switched it they did not believe it was burnt, ended up getting it switched because it was so disgusting to eat.

There was a little older lady who was so nice and was trying her hardest, she was talking to me and my mate for a bit and she was so lovely, keeping the place clean and doing her job. It’s hard to find the best of both worlds in fast food. Definitely deserves a raise!

Absolutely ridiculous drive through experience. Staff were some what polite but refused to process more than one online order despite being two separate accounts/ customers ordering. They made us drive through twice for one car. No wonder their drive through line was slow. Stupid rules made by a stupid owner!

Tap wasn't working at all. No signage to warn customers. People using kiosk to order and having to pay at counter. Slow single server meant orders timed out and required reordering at counter. Several people having to leave to get card or not returning because pins not known.

If you want good service at the drive through you would need to be there while the morning manager/s are still on shift. Throughout the day is a complete joke. Drive through at night time could be made into a comedy series.

Over half an hour waiting for an order through drive through only to have the very simple order wrong. Worst service I've seen in any drive through. Absolutely pathetic that they took the wrong order back inside and didn't even bother to rectify it. Pissweak.

Forster McDonald’s would have to be the most unorganized, unprofessional and without a doubt the most repulsively tasting food ever served to me from a McDonald’s ever.can you please go into the waiting bay is there favorite saying.for a drink are you joking pull your finger out guys. The service and management is absolutely appalling the store needs to be closed and never to open their doors again worst McDonald’s in Australia.do yourself a favor avoid forster McDonald’s and drive to the taree restaurant

Sauce was the sweetness of a sussy imposter and the crunch of my fries were like the sound of the vent closing - amazing maccas Forster is my favourite crewmate friendly place to eat

Let's just say this McDonalds could up its a game a little bit with service quality and more importantly food quality and I'm sure everyone can agree the wait times for food are ridiculous

Hit & Miss when it comes to Maccas.
Fries are definitely not Hot & Salty, they are cold & soggy.
I don't know why I do it to myself, they will never improve.
Also, toilets could do with a clean, quite grotty to be honest.

Its got to be the worst mcdonald ever. Extremely rude staff. Very poor customer service. Eggshells in all the bacon and egg muffin. Drink full of ice.

I love the app, but they need to extend delivery hours and take of the double price, and would be great to see kids birthday party's brought to this macdonald's like other ones

Food was quite nice, tables and restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleaned. Although 5 staff were standing outside together chatting, having a break.
It was a challenge to find a cleared clean table to sit at.
