McDonald's Five Dock

The service was poor our number was not called and every table was filthy, the floor was littered with rubbish and the bins were overflowing. Not happy, McDonalds Five Dock needs to do better.

2: 20am drive through. She said they didn’t have any thick shake, no McFlurry, no ice cream.
They seemed to be just doing what is needed and no more. I find the service lazy.
I went to Croydon McDonalds and they had everything I wanted and the McNuggets were of a much better quality than Five Dock.
Management should be ashamed.

The food is mostly nice.something I don't like is that the staff don't talk over the pole thingy loud enough and it takes forever to complete my order!

The waiting slots outside are always full and the people in them never move down in time and I am always blamed for it.

Table are dirty that’s why I decide to drive thur.no idea why they never clean up the place for customer.

Good place, but slow orders but friendly staff but is a little short staff there just needs a tad bit more.

Part 2:
We got Delivery from Uber Eats via McDonald’s, the driver had our meal and disappeared, we had to pick it up ourselves and when we did, the driver left without ringing our doorbell and we had 2 meals, What!

Worst experience ever, waiting 10 mins in drive through and they can’t find my order in the system. The two ladies there was very rude and not helpful at all, make me wait again which is a very long line. I will never come back.

Sick and tired of getting cold food. Given you 3 chances and today being the 3rd time - stone cold. Then to order 2 custard pies to get apple pies. Was so disappointed so tried to call but noone answered?

Always missing part of the order or give wrong item. I ordered a custard pie in drive thru tonight and it’s missing. Previously ordered a crispy chicken deluxe burger and they gave McSpicy burger instead. I guess that’s how they earn so much money.

Ive been getting egg SHELL MCMUFFIN everday for the past few days.like you cant even do eggs properly?

After making a complaint they promptly gave me a $10 voucher which a good gesture

Fast food at its finest but don't forget to check your food when leaving drive through as I'm always short of a chips or burger.

Staff made a mistake but realised and organised replacement before I'd even noticed. I'm thankful for the staffs extra caring!

For once in the history of night time McDonald’s the ice cream machine was not broken so I had to take advantage. Ordered an Oreo McFlurry with chocolate fudge and they forgot the fudge so I went back to let them know. Manager didn’t even look acknowledge the error, took the McFlurry added the fudge and placed it on the counter away from where I was standing. Asked him if it was mine and he said yes so I walked over and grabbed it. Must’ve been having a bad day but this isn’t the basic customer service McDonald’s is known for - won’t be going back.

My partner ordered banana bread toasted. He's got a fully burnt loaf butt which is twice thinner than banana bread slice suppose to be. How could you even think it's ok to give something like that to a customer?

I like it because of its vicinity. Its more like a hub, a small food village with maccas, KFC, doner Kebabs, coles express at one place. Although the inside seating capacity of this maccas is low, still like it due to the area.

Always come here with my kids. Playground is nice and tall and safe. Drive through is great too they offer you free food if you wait too long

In my 35 years of going to Mcdonalds I had never experience rude and unnecessary attitude till tonight. 11: 05 PM July 5th 2021. With the girl working at the drive through counter kinda looks asian with some tattoo on her hands and by the Manager serving the food at the next window. Yes, maybe I did ordered coke by mistake while thinking of Sprite.how hard is it to change a drink from Coke to Sprite? Do you have to say "I asked and confirmed to you twice" And the manager jumps in saying the same thing "oh, its in the screen" yea okay Do you want me to say Sorry? The Attitude of the girl was very surprising when I said "what do you want me to do to get a sprite? " she rolled her eyes and walked away.truly first time experiencing this from Mcdonalds.sometimes orders are slow or missing something in the order which I understand mistakes happen. But tonight is not a mistake its a blatant rudeness. TIme 11: 05 PM July 5th 2021. Mcdonalds Five Docks.

The place was okay. The service was nice and fast. Would be nicer if the place could be renovated.

Felt like a late night snack so I ordered hot cakes. It came without butter and syrup so what am I left with? Cooked pancake batter. *slow clap*. #toughjob guess where the dough went? Quite literally to the dogs. At least it didn't go to waste I guess.

Staff should be bit focus on their job at the night time. They missed my chips sometimes icecream.otherwise it's good

Overall a tidy well kept establishment for people on the go. Whilst visiting they had chosen to update the system during the lunch rush and all the machines were down and all the customers turned away but the food from the kfc next door was quite good.
