McDonald's Croydon Park

Got my coffee from here and obviously you guys charge more than any average cafe, for the price I paid would expect a better coffee, if I wanted just warm milk could have done it myself at home, you might shut your coffee machine, not worth paying that price absolutely disgusting!

Ordered a hamburger and 10 piece mcnuggets, received an Angus beef burger and a quarter pounder

Service is what you'd expect from people earning MW. Just take you food and leave. Nuff' said

Literally the worst mcdonalds out there in Sydney. I live close and have tried multiple times, multiple days over 2 years. Everytime without fail the food is stale. Chips taste like cardboard, same as the burgers. The sauce doesn't even save it. I have asked for fresh made burgers and it still tastes horrible. Only go here if you want to irritate someone by giving them bad 'food'.

The most delicious McDonald's Fresh，crispy, Clean and yummy, fry alway hot and crispy，veggies no matter in burgers or in wraps are clean and fresh. Ice cream is solid not a melted. I love this crydon park MacDonald at George river road. This is the best Macs. Even sometimes a long travelling but I only want buy from this Mc.

They never forget to put sugar in your coffee and more especially stir it. Hash browns are always hot and crispy. They also never make mistakes unlike other Maccas stores in the area.

Worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from; constantly getting orders wrong, be it through drive thru or Uber eats. Complete bunch of twits working there! If I could rate them a minus 5, I would! Drives me f$%&en insane!

Improve staff's customer service skills. And there is a deep hole in drive/parking area in the ground which f**ks car's suspension so do repair that.

THE most disgusting Mcdonalds we have ever been to, plus bad service. Spit in several places on the floor, rubbish all over the floor inside and outside, unclean tables and chairs (there was only 1 place we could see to sit that was not clean but wasn't visibly soiled or wet).

Typical McDonald's. Menu range and quality has decreased over recent times, and value now worse than other chains. Service can be a bit slow and disorganised behind delivery orders.

I had given you 5 stars before but sorry changing it now. Ordered the family box. Got home. Burger missing, nuggets missing, also 1 ton of salt on the chips. How the hell do you stuff up so bad. How does this place go from being the best maccas to the worst overnight? Given you 2 stars cause the manager was nice. I didnt go back to complain as i live far and its just not worth it

Riley was amazing. I called to request that my Uber order be cooked fresh. He answered, which no McDonalds ever does and ensure that my order will be made fresh. Thank you Riley truly a valuable asset to McDonald’s

Drive-thru was really quick and easy.
Purchase made via the app which sped the process up.
The chips without salt came out piping hot and salt less as requested.
Great service from all windows.

Note to restaurant owners/operators: suggestions to place markers on the road so that other drivers aren't driving down the middle of the path to avoid collision in front of the restaurant would be great. Ramp is a little tight coming up and around the bend also.

I ordered a big breakkie meal that didn't come with a hash brown, and came with an iced coffee and not an iced mocha which is what I asked for. I also ordered through the app so I could skip the wait, but they didn't even make the food until I got there. I still had to wait in the waiting bay.

It's not hard to double check orders, I find that this is a big problem in every single maccas franchise. It's not up to the customers to check if you got your order right.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They have forgotten my order several times after being told to wait in the waiting bay. Had to get out and ask them about my order to which they had clearly forgotten about and not prepared the whole time I was waiting.

Tonight our Uber delivery driver didn’t deliver part of our order. I contacted the store and spoke to Grace who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She talked me through the Uber reporting process and was very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to Grace.

By George! Has a great and unique menu which involves lots of Biscof. I ordered the Schnity Bagel and a Cappuccino while my partner ordered the Reuben Bagel. And we were both very impressed. Lots of flavour and the smiths chips are a great top off

If there was a zero star i would've put it so apparently the owner of this store thinks hes above the law he doesn't except the dine and discover vouchers although they are still valid and dont cost him anything have a good look at yourself i for one and never going there again and gonna tell everyone i know the same thing
