If it’s possible to give 0 or -xx I’ll do for a woman staff who’s black skin black hair 170cm tall is too rude and extremely poor customer service.

Older blonde lady that hates life is pretty rude.saw me sign in before i went in.then i went in and she barks orders to sign in.told her already done.two minutes later "make sure you sign in" i just ignored.just rude. Mcchicken is always dry and a lot of stale bread too.fries are never fresh or if they are they are mixed with cold ones.

Been to this maccas many times but always experienced a really poor customer service especially by a women with black hair, tall and probably in her 30s who might be a manager there. She is really rude to customer and doesn’t even listen to the customer. It would be great if she knows that it is macdonald and customer service is maccas first priority.

Chips were served cold and advised had been in a warmer. Requested hot chips and given cold chips from warmer again despite requesting hot chips. Was advised would take 5 minutes and received yummy fresh hot chips in 3 minutes.

Very rude and unprofessional lady (probably some kind of manager in the store)
She doesn't even deserve to work in such renowned fast food restaurant

Sincere thanks to the gentleman who took a moment to stop cleaning the restaurant and open the door for me. Genuine customer service that is rare to see these days, even from the staff taking orders. Thank you sir, you made my day.

Only downfall was it took forever for them to make my coffee, other then that it was a great meal

McCafe got no barista or whatsoever. Took 3 people and several minutes to make a mocha for me. Got a drive through and spacious dine in space.

Clean store with fast, efficient and friendly service. COVID-safe policies are in place in this store. Limited parking located outside the store. Seating in door and outdoor. Drive thru available. Petrol station located across the parking lot. Disabled parking spot located at the front door. Overall a pleasant experience at this store. #McDonalds

First of all, these guys are so slow and
And order served delayed especially night staff on Tuesday.
And also they don’t even have any bins inside to put the rubbish in.
Further more, they look so unhygienic and
They were so rude to the customers.

It's maccas.what else can I say. A couple of the kiosks were not working. The place was reasonably tidy but the toilets needed fleshing up.

Standard smaller McDonald's restaurant fast and decent service though it could be cleaner, especially at night.

The worst McDonald in my life. Bacon is burned too much. It's like stone. And they put too much mayo on the chips. I never wrote bad comment but here is worst I've been.

Lovely girls made me a special order frappe when they could have just said no sorry.the machine was out of order/ cleaning.

Had a great meal here on 13 th Jan at 12: 30 lunch
Not sloppy with sauce, great fast service and fresh food

Reasonably Clean store (bathrooms could be cleaned better), good customer service, burgers could be made better (as our burgers were missing ingredients) self service machines were not working.

Useless. 10 minutes waiting after paying in the drive thru line while they allowed someone in front to change their order at the pick up window. I suggested that they should have made them drive around to reorder but this seemed like a stupid idea to the manager

The reason I gave a one star rating is because there is not one ingle register are this restaurant.
They should have the option for elderly people or for people who want to customise their orders without having to spend 15 minutes playing with a touch screen.

Staff were pleasant and seemed happy doing their jobs. Possibly the cleanest Maccas I have been in for years - full credit to the young man enthusiastically doing his work in cleaning up today. Every table would have cleaned within a minute of being vacated. Top effort.

Ordered triple cheese got double and took nearly 20 mins for small order plus only 5 or so staff at lunch not busy at all and still stuffed up!
