Standard McDonalds that is hit and miss at times for speed of service. Easy to access and decent service

Extremely disappointed with my experience! I came through the drive through on sunday 19.11.2023, the lady who took my order was very accommodating as we had a large order.no issues with order taker.when i came down to presenter window.my drinks were ready, from the 5 drinks we ordered. 2 of them were ice lattes.one small ice latte with vanilla syrup and lactose milk, the other was medium ice latte with caramel syrup and soy milk.when handed them i noticed coffee grounds in the coffee at the bottom of the clear cup.i handed it back and requested it to be remade as no one wants to drink coffee grounds in their coffee.the crew attempted to wipe the outside of the cup, after a second request and explains to them that the coffee grounds were in the coffee they sent me to the second window and asked me to wait.that was fine as it was my request to have it remade.although when the coffees were brought back to me, coffee grounds were still in the coffee? It was as if they didn’t remake the coffees.i requested coffees to be made once more.the manager “Jasmine” returned with the coffees.when i checked, the small ice lattes still had coffee grounds in the bottom of it and even worse the medium ice latte had curdled soy milk in the bottom of it! I showed the manger and told her this was disgusting.the manager tried to tell us that the soy milk separates like that.the milk WAS curdled, we know it was as we have had experience working in the mcdonald’s cafe as managers at other maccas before. Jasmine got extremely defensive and stated “would you just like a refund then” i told her yes, as i knew i wouldn’t get the right order with a 4th attempt.now this meant we had to go else where to get our coffees from a different store.when we got home our food was freezing cold, i was greeted with a rock solid cheeseburger, that obviously has been sitting in the HLZ for way to long! I had soggy hash browns, all of the burgers and muffins weren’t presented well.all toppings sliding off the burgers and muffins melted cheese to the side.cold hotcakes with no butter, syrup and cutlery in the bag.overall i am disgusted with this experience and i highly doubt i will be coming back.i will be ringing the store at a later time in the day as i refuse to speak with jasmine as i think her attitude is disgusting and she needs more training.

This place is noisy as, service is woeful order stand at counter 31 minutes see your food sitting on counter for 10 minutes waiting on 1 apple pie try give you 2 half full cups of coke that wasnt ordered had to tell them we ordered a frape just a joke wont be back

It shouldn't be this hard to fumble the bag but these people do it EVERY TIME. The employees seem to lack training to the most highest degree that we can't even get fresh warm chips when we ask for them to remake it. I understand that fast food is lazy food but holy hell please please PLEASE try a bit harder. It's making me want to cry

Worst mcdaonalds ever, I order Double cheeseburger meal with extras recieved stone cold cheeseburger meal with no extras

Great play area for the grandbabies! Always get a smile and a welcome on arrival, unfortunately something has happened! It takes half hour from placing order to get your food; this has happened on 3 different occasions, at 3 different times.
Very disappointing!

Every time we have stopped here to dine in or drive through the food has always been cooked well and we didn't have to wait long. Its always been clean and it has a great play area for kids to play.

Went thru drivethru and even tho hubby ordered extra shot with my coffee they gave me a small without asking him the size. We let it go. Then? My sausage and egg had egg shell in it and my coffee had sugar in it when I don’t have sugar!
I rang them and all they had to say was sorry. No oh come back another time and we will give you one free like their counterparts. Just oh sorry about that. Fuming

Was thinking of giving this place a 5-star rating, but I've changed my mind. I ordered brekkie burger at 10am 15 min later I went to counter to find out what happened to it. The lady said it will be just a minute. 5 minutes later I went back to the counter and asked for my burger again. She said it was not on the screen and I had to show my receipt. Apparently they had deleted it off the screen, probably to get their McDonald's ratings up to show that they provide a fast service. Anyway they found my Burger which was already cooked and by this time was already cold. Not appreciated guys. Maybe you should give the order to the customers before deleting it off the screen. Some McDonald's prioritise drive-thru service and not in in store customers.

A great pit stop to grab a bite to eat en-Route to Penrith or Richmond/Windsor. She’ll fuel next door. Plenty of parking.

Tyler with (red hair) through drive through was amazing and explained what was in our order to help us make sense of what we wanted. This is the best service I have ever received at maccas! Thank you Tyler

Garbage bins over flowing but staff could wipe tables down but not empty bins really disgusted

The service is terrible, the burgers are an inedible mess, the manager is rude and condescending and the wait time is ridiculous.
Completely substandard in every aspect!

Convenient place if you're on way to Penrith from Richmond/Windsor. You don't spend too long in Drive through as they get out the orders quick

The Manager and team at cranebrook keep up the fantastic work. Maacas wow you haven't yet to disappoint, every time i have been, your burgers and chips have been fresh, and well balanced. The service has been awesome. The manager needs a big wahooo to finally have a fantastic night crew.

Always give you half empty chips and then treat you with an attitude when you ask politely for them to fill them up. Customer service is a issue

Don't order menu log from here they miss your part of your meal and menu log only refund what was missing so part of your family goes hungry.
We ordered for our kids while we were in iso and only two of our kids could eat. We had to find someone who could drive down and buy more food for us. Menu log weren't helpful.

Maccas burgers keep getting smaller and most just don't taste as good as they used to. For what they sell, they are over priced and pretty ordinary. In most towns the local takeaway does much better and bigger burgers.

Ordered a Mcmuffin meal they forgot to put Hash Brown in, Found out its missing when i was home called and complained, lame excuse come back next time we'll give you extra hash brown next time. So much for customer care.
