McDonald's Cambridge Gardens

Every single time that I place an order from this McDonald’s, one item or more is missing. Without fail, every single time.

It’s extremely frustrating. The food isn’t cheap and when you spend the money to not receive half of your order? One or two times I can understand, mistakes happen. But come on, pull your heads in.

Today had to wait 15 min in waiting bay for 1 burger and a hash brown they forgot to bring out frozen cokes and when they did they were half full worst maccas in Penrith
Decided to give another go today drive thru they practically threw meal at you burger sauce was everywhere even outside of bad definitely won’t be back

Disappointing that people can't get an order as simple as a large double big mac meal with an extra slice of cheese

Very slow. Get you coffee after asking for it 5 times. By that time meal is already finished. Staff to busy talking and serving their friends. Has happen on several occasions will start going to ther Mecca's in area now

I am not happy with my dinner tonight the chips were not cooled, the burger was stay it wasn't that nice and I am not going back there again they need to change I think it will go downhill the freshness that I expected wasn't there.

Just ordered large Big Mac meal large quarter pounder meal and a medium double cheeseburger meal and got 4 cheese burgers and no Big Mac or quarter pounder and all cold then ring up just to be told next time you come I. I give you your Big Mac as to they are too busy for it tonight

Nice McDonald's. Nice and clean dining area and staff are friendly too.

This McDonald's has a play area for the children.

Sometimes coffee can be a bit of a hit and miss. At times you get great coffee other times you get something not so great.

Great place.

All staff do is sit around and talk, never serve and never pay attention and take care in orders.one star is too high, one girl with blonde bits in her hair was nice enough

Been here couple of times, during my last visit I placed my order through the drive through, waited at the car park and was handed a wrong order and when I approached the counter to correct the situation. I was told that that's my order and that's wat I ordered. Thank God I always ask for the receipt. Which clearly favoured my point. So guys, do keep ur receipt when ordering from here.

I’ve ordered orders chai latte for the past 5 days and I keep receiving it barely stirred so I’m getting a mouth full of chai powder closer to the end. These are the worst chai lattes I’ve ever had. It’s very simple to stir the powder in correctly. Worse McDonald’s in Penrith

Chips were cold, weekend staff need to be re trained on order taking. I asked for hot chocolate with skim milk, they put down hot chocolate with soy milk. I asked for 1 sweet and sour sauce and 1 BBQ sauce and was given 2 sweet and sour sauces. Instead of 10 nuggest I was given 8

Felt like I was at a self service check out, served myself, I'm surprised I didn't have to cook my food myself, very slow

Poor service, never get orders right and getting your order fixed up takes a week. Food is never hot it's luke warm at best the chips are always cold or soggy and there is never any manager on duty.
Better off just going to a fish & chip shop to get your food. Keep clear of this place.

I brought 4 meals 2 hot cakes with a hashbrowns and apple juice. 1 hotcakes with a chocolate frappe. Big brekkie burger meal with a caramel latte and a hashbrown. Got no hashbrowns 4 butters and 1 golden syrup. Not sure what's happening not the first time this has happened. Go for 2 Apple pies and got something else Ask for tomato on a burger pay for it and not be on it. Ask for no cheese on a mc Angus and it's there. Pay money for it please make sure it's there thank you

Not happy with the service I received from manager Mathew - this role of work is just not right for you.

Customer service is terrible.

Usually these guys are good but for the last two weeks when ordering the spicy chicken burger they have now been putting two pieces of patty with little to nothing salad and mayo. This is quite disappointing especially when we order it every week.

The new changes have brought nothing positive the service is worse than it was 15 years ago, stupid wait times of 10-15mins for "fast food" and the quality is just meh most of the time

They never get your order Right. Make sure you double check or you may be disappointed when you get home.

Burger was on the colder side and they didn't remove pickles as requested, and the burger was all over the place in the box they put burgers in, would appreciate if this store took more time with orders.
