Could not believe my eyes when I opened my big mac, it was literally thrown together. I appreciate it was very busy after school but seriously it's not hard.

Clean maccas but 90% of the machines don't have paper so you will never know what your order number is.

No matter what time of day it is - morning/noon/night - ‘shakes are not available right now’ is used by the staff. This happens more times than they’re available, by far. Again today, shakes were not available. I asked the cashier why she thinks this is. She said she didn’t know, that ‘the machine was working earlier’. I don’t believe the machine is constantly breaking down. I don’t think the staff are doing their job of refilling the machine. It’s incredibly lazy. This has been an ongoing issue with that store for well over a year now. Fix it.

Rats everywhere in the car park. Like 10-15 of them. Parked there for a second to help my kids with their happy meals, saw the rats, zoomed off in heartbeat.

My elderly parents went through drive through at 6.45pm Friday 8.9.23. Waited 45 minutes in a queue only to be parked in waiting bay. They ordered 2 burgers only. 1 Angus and bacon burger and 1 chrispy chicken burger with tomato and cheese. They received the Angus burger, a junior burger and a bun with a chicken patty on it only. Complete stuff up. To top it off, the entire meal was cold. I’d give you a zero rating if I could. Will be contacting management for a refund. Easy of $22 and taking advantage of elderly customers. Disgraceful.

Terrible service, everything I ordered did not arrive. I have paid for food that they have never sent me nor have I received a refund. I also had a voucher that they didn't return to me either.

We are very disappointed we ordered three large frozen cokes and it came in a large cup but was filled to the size of a small. The chips were also soggy and spilt everywere

Just burned my mouth out on a coffee I can’t drink. Absolute retards. Serving food and drink that can’t be eaten for the next 24hrs.

It was really disappointed when you went to a Maccas and they told you that the system was down for 30mins, especially when it's midnight, and this doesn't happen only once, only at this store and at this time.

This Maccas was pretty gross. Dirty floors with stuff spilled over and noone making any move to clean. Tables dirty and just all round uncomfortable. No tissues anywhere either to clean ourselves. Also the soft serve in the McFlurry tastes more like cream than the normal.

Get your machine fixed for frappe and coffee been out of service for weeks.
Also some friendly service wouldn't go astray.

I recently visited the brookvale maccies establishment with my in-laws and children and was delighted by the friendly staff. The menu was superb the food was exquisite to say the least. I was treated to a succulent filet-o-fish and soda water with a moist apple pie. Additionally there was a nice young man giving out free vaccines in the disabled bathrooms. However I was skeptical of the legitimacy as it was being sourced from a spoon. Thanks for the memorable meal!

HOW DARE U FORGET MY SUNDAE MY CHIPS AND A FROZEN COKE.i was so hungry and expecting a nice meal then half the chips were eaten and they were all soggy.this is unacceptable i am very disappointed and expected better.i know for a fact kfc would never do this. NEVER GO HERE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE took way to long to get her and tried to call u multiple times but found out i was blocked.i was given a $1 refund out of the $30 i spent.

It's Macca's what do you expect. If my big Mac wasn't falling half out of the box I'd think I was somewhere else

I asked at the counter sale for a double quarter pounder and large fries.
When I received the order I noticed that the burger was one piece of meat whit hardly anything on it and not what your display shows. I returned it and said that this is not what I ordered. A woman in the kitchen who seems to be in charge told me, you get what you paid for despite me explaining that I ordered a double quarter pounder. Very rude customer service, and I will be one of the first Hungry Jack customer and I hope that many others do the same.

Rude service, i went through drive through and ordered a meal, i got everything except for my thick shake, and one of the managers told me that i didn't pay for a thick shake when i did, and told me 'you didn't pay for it, goodbye', so i went back around and ask the lady that took my order and asked her to check if i payed for it and she said yes, so i went back to the pick up window and they handed me a thick shake and didn't say anything to me.i know its a very small thing, but i shouldn't have had to go to so much trouble just to get what i ordered and payed for. 'customers are always right' is the first rule of thumb in customer service.please get trained properly

McDonald's Brookvale just like the other maccas got modern rich screens from where you can take your time choosing the menu and also in case you don't know there menu, you can just have a look from the screen about what do they serve.

Terrible service from a crew trainer - argued strongly with me in drive thru after I asked for the McFlurry to be filled up properly.

Only giving one star as my boyfriend and I went into the fast food restaurant to buy two frozen cokes. It wasn’t even that busy but it took nearly 15 minutes to get to us. Warriewood McDonald’s is the place to go!

Refurbished and modern McDonald's that gets 5 stars simply for having wireless charging ports on the tables and being a 24/7 outlet with the new modern touch screens that allow easier more responsive ordering from the large McDonald's menu.
