This place doesnt deserve 1 star its the worst & takes way too long for any order staff need more training on customer service

Guys seriously if I’m paying for a large fries you can’t just give them half empty. Plus they are soggy and not well fried!

Un professional team. Lack of knowledge to using online order system. Whole team definitely need an proper training.

Manager is a Gordon Ramsay wannabe, come on now keep these are high school kids working in a mediocre fast food chain not a Michelin star restaurant in London, so keep dreaming.

Your new workers definitely aren’t up to par. Can’t put the right sauce in a burger and asked them to make it fresh I received cold.

Service very poor staff do not listen instructions when you as a client want to be a bit especific.

Shout out to this tall islander girl. She looks new because she was smiling and very polite. She brought out my food to the car park. My order was a big one. She stood there and made sure my order was correct until I said thank you and she said.thank you and walked back in.
A very soft mannered girl. Usually the staff just give and walk back in. This girl, she actually waits to see if your order was correct. This was on 22/09/2021 Wednesday.

I came for lunch on a Saturday, as my second time at the store and I have realised that there is a short female with black hair manager that has been constantly rude and shouting at the workers.my partner and I felt extremely bad for the crew, do not come here.other than that the food and the service was pretty fast

Shame on you Maccas! You threw out my partner because he was deaf and couldn't fill out some forms you told him to fill out. He provided you with his name and address and that wasn't good enough. All he wanted was a burger and you couldn't even accommodate a disabled person. We've had no problems elsewhere. Disgusting behaviour!

I always try to buy coffee from Bass hill McDonald and it never tasted good especially Ice latte. Still hoping this will improve so the money we spent will not go to waste. It really doesn't taste like ice latte at all it taste horrible.

If I could give no star I would, they have got no idea how to run a store no idea what’s so ever extremely disappointed

Firstly after getting my food, i had to wait close to 10 minutes in a line waiting for the 2 cars in the waiting bay to move. Maybe the waiting bay could be moved to a more convenient place. Then on getting home after ordering 2 medium meals, there was only one box of chips. Really.

Plz MacDonald Management Bass Hill Read this. Macdonalds Bass Hill Management. Plz look at the incident happening at your Macdonalds. The Manager Curly Hair, Chubby Fat and A girl employee are doing very _ things. They are not working they are playing hide n seek. I can’t even use words to express what they both doing. Its a food and work place plz. You can ask every single employee working there.you can check CCTV footage to figure out what i am trying to say. I noticed 7-8 times different days. Plz reply so i can give more information

Ordered a medium chocolate shake. But instead, got a vanilla shake. You could have just said that you're out of chocolate.

Shout out to the staff on at 10pm on Tuesday 6th July. Im pregnant, had a craving and ordered via door dash. They couldn't give me what I ordered, so they replaced it with something yummier! I would have been a very upset pregnant lady but now im a very happy one lol. So much so I had to leave a review just to say thank you.and thank you for the friendly little note

Ordered Uber last night and completely forgot my sons meal. When my wife rang them she spoke to the manager named Dennis who said it was the uber delivery drivers fault and rudely hung up on her. This is the first time I have heard of Uber actually packing the delivery bags. Doesn't McDonald's put seals on the bags so the delivery drivers don't open them? Not according to Dennis. The hamburgler must have raided the bag. Where is Ronald when you need him.

I have been coming here for years and this is the first time the experience was this bad. All the burgers and chips were barely even warm. One burger had a funny smell to it so not sure if something was off.they replaced the burger and all the other items I reheated at home in the microwave to be edible. Not sure what has changed but here but they have dropped the ball.
