A huge thankyou to Crystelle and Mitchell Warne at HomeWorld Warnervale. Excellent experience from Mitchell with his expertise, knowledge and advice as we worked through our vision for our new home. Our requirements were no doubt a challenge due to the size of our block and Mitchell went that bit further to ensure a favourable outcome for us. Mitchell was pleasant to deal with and provided timely communication back to us with our queries and general updates. We would definitely recommend speaking with Mitchell if you are considering a new home build. If our remaining journey equals the excellent service provided to us during the design phase then we will be very happy.

Untrustful builder, Thanks for reply Mcdonald will not fix any problems. I build 4 years ago and I emailed several times but no response.

We are at the very early stages with McDonald Jones Homes. I am so disappointed with the customer services. It is at the slab stage with a supervisor who has not phoned me once to discuss any concern. They make the decision’s on their own behalf which reflects poor communication and additional unexpected cost expenses for the owner, which could have been discussed and possibly other options decided upon.

After having a phone meeting with the Manager and Slab Supervisor it was decided the $1700 invoice will be discounted, instead I received another invoice which was over $1800, making it higher than the original invoice. The Slab Supervisor supposedly forgot to add something on the first invoice.

You know the saying you should not complain about your food as they may spit in it…well this is similar don’t complain about the invoice which was not discussed prior to the job or we will put it up.

My husband has lost his job – Corona Virus has been difficult for many people and organisations. I just wish things was not this hard.
