I applied for a Customer Service job for NYE and it's working for Transport NSW. I submitted my CV and I indicated that I had previously did the same job with another agency. The questions they ask you are ridiculous, one being 'what attracted you to this job' and 'customer service experience' Really? All you do is wear a pink shirt, give directions and tell them the nearest bus stop, light rail or train station. It appears to me there could be an element of age discrimination as I saw a lot of red and pink shirts around the city worn by uni age people.early 20s.

They post heaps of jobs on Seek, jobs that match my qualifications and what I have done in the past. So I have applied for these jobs and you never hear back, not even a courtesy phone call. I reckon most of these jobs are fake anyway, they seem to be the same positions over and over again.

I wont recommend this agency to anyone, poor management, poor communication with co workers, trouble paying their support workers.
