Andrew was great and very helpful, but unfortunately FedEx are useless and I paid $120 to send documents overseas that ultimately took two days longer than promised to arrive. I would give 5 stars for the service I received at MBE Kent St and 1 star for FedEx, hence the 4 star rating. I should have just gone to the Post Office and paid less than $50 for the same delivery time.
Not normally one to leave feedback, but thought the service provided warranted it. I was after some insert cards for my wedding invites and Andrew and team were able to get it done very quick and professionally. Very happy with the finished product. Glad I read some of the reviews prior to choosing a print shop for my requirements
