Went in to simply print a bus ticket. The staff were very kind. Very quick service. I can fully recommended.

Ben did such an awesome job printing and putting together a book for my Nan's 90th Birthday. The quality of the print and colour was amazing, he did it last minute and was just fantastic to deal with. Really appreciated the great service, and how friendly and helpful he was. THE WORST EVER! Ben in the store was extremely rude and handled my order inappropriately. I am honestly shocked by how rude he was!
I initially organised a delivery of a parcel with the store prior to arrival where I was given a quote of $55. I made sure the quote was for the maximum size and weight of my parcel to ensure the price wouldn't jump when coming in store. To my surprise when the parcel arrived in store Ben quoted me almost double the cost. I asked why and was met with threats from Ben to cancel my order before rudily hanging up. I was fine with the increased price and only asked about the pricing system (I was very confused as I had made sure with him earlier that I wouldn't have to pay much more), Ben however informed me he was "doing me a favour" when he simply changed the price a second time to still a larger cost then my original order. Again when I asked why the price difference he simply threatened to cancel my order and then hanged upon me. This is a paid service not a "favour" and it is fair to question such an increase in quote. What is not fair is being treated as a second class citizen and threatened. I will be taking my service elsewhere and suggest to others to ensure to be warying of this store and how they treat thier customers.

(there was a different between the bag weight and size I gave in the phone earlier and the one Ben measured in the store; my previous size and weight were actually bigger! I added extra weight and length just in case, so there is no sense of increasing the price nor threatening to cancel my order!)

Incompetent to say the least. They haven’t been able to deliver my parcel. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t got it. Will never ever use them again.

I've used Ben and the team at MBE for our printing for several years, and they've never let us down. One of the few printers I have ever worked with that actually takes the time to work through ideas and formats with you offering new ideas and great cost-saving hints along the way. Our type of printing requires a heavy attention to detail (i.e. Makes us a demanding client), but Ben's always accommodating and gets the results we need regardless of the urgent time pressures we sometimes place on him.and he does it with his trademark cheeky smile. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would.
