You might be ethically minded and just to the core.given you've removed your statement that you provide 99% of your products at cost, and you were able to muster many staff members to attest to your brilliance.

When you guys were looking after my mum (who has dementia), having a large pool of staff was the EXACT reason why I chose you guys over everyone else.

It meant no matter what, my mum's needs would always be taken care of.

And the friendship between mum and her carer Jill is something special, it was such a huge relief for me to know my mum was ok when I wasn't there and being taken care of just like I would care for her.
