The manager is very rude and he is not professional and selfish, he doesn’t care about customers service, just he would to sale any facking stuff in shop, if you would like to refund money he isn’t gonna give back to you money and force to chose another something

Disgusting poor quality and service. Brought a 60 cups rice cooker on 12/06 for $330. At the time of purchase they said they have not received a single complaint in 17 years. Could cook with it only once. When tried to cook second time on 28/06 found not working. Upon contacting the shop the owner simply brushed off saying it does not come with warranty!

Very poor quality products and customer service.bought a set of spoon and forks that was labeled as stainless steel but rusted after a week of using it.
Went back to complain about their product, he did not let me finish my sentence and started raising his voice saying i do not know how to use a spoon and a fork.
A stainless steel product should not rust so easily, his products does not even worth a penny.
I dont recommend this place to anyone for anything.

The product is high quality and the staff is friendly, I went there for a dishrag and took the good quality, did not care about price and it’s not even getting rusty

Do not buy any rice cookers from this shop they breakdown after two weeks and no refunds or warranty.
All of they products low quality shiny but low low quality beware.

It is one of the wonderful place for shopping our home products, there you can very high quality persian Rugs and Turkeish rugs.

The worst customer service.
We ask for pressure cooker.
The whistle is continues rotating.
Not satisfied with product.
And they refuse to change.
And said this brand work like that.
Just waste money n time.
