I am extremely grateful to Mayuri Silks shop for their exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect dress in less than two minutes. Their hospitality and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the dresses available at the shop are of excellent quality and are absolutely stunning.

I am from New Zealand I like online and video call shopping with Mayuri Silks. Due to travel restrictions iam unable to visit them in Sydney But I am very grateful to the owners and there grate sales team as there also arrange the video call and help me in showing the lovely silk sarees, Kanchipuram Silks, Soft Silk, Kota Silka and many other collection. Wow! They have the most elegant collection of Silk Sarees. They help always me to select good and elegant pieces and the blouse meaurements and made the blouse and shipment is great and use express post.
This a very Professional and very friendly store. I recommend Mayuri Silks for any one looking for the best service and Elegant collection. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF THEY HAVE. I can't wait to travel back to Sydney and definitely can't wait to visit MAYURI SILKS

Extremely happy with the service. I called the store to enquire about buying online vs going in store due to COVID. I was so happy that I was able to choose my saree via a video call. I needed it delivered urgently for a prayer and a lady named Sanjana decided to drop it off at my home because posting would take to long. Thank you, I really appreciate it! The saree is so pretty and great quality at a reasonable price.

It was a pleasure shopping at Mayuri Silks Harris Park, it is the best Indian Shop in Sydney. The shop ambiance made shopping very comfortable, lots of sitting available and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Prices are unbeatable in Sydney. Product, Price and Customer Service is great and the best in Sydney.

Very upset with their service today. Me and wife turned up to their shop-front after speaking to the owner only to find out it's closed. On the phone she told my wife they will be open until 3pm so we went there to get some shopping done for my wife. But it was closed way before the closing time (we went there before 2pm). Annoying fact is we went there within 10 minutes of speaking to the owner on the phone. So my wife called her again and then she told my wife that they had to close the shop early today because they had some other commitments. My question how come she didn't bother telling us that one the phone when we called them earlier. Not recommended to anyone. Please stay away!

The collection something very new, different and Gorgeous. You will always find something new for all occasions. Staff are always there to help my family and I. Thank you mayuri silks.
