Bought a Dolphin M400 for my mum. Super simple to set up. Does a pristine job at cleaning and scrubbing the pool.

They left me completely helpless and my pool was getting worse by the day. With such an expensive purchase you would think they would be more helpful. I feel helpless and so much money wasted at a time where we count every dollar. I pray that you get yours back matronics.

My 15 month old robotic cleaner suddenly stopped working. As it is still under warranty I thought it would be a simple process. Took the cleaner to the pool shop I purchased from. 4 weeks later they are still chasing the repairs to be completed, I have had no cleaner through all of January and we still have no idea when someone is going to be bothered carrying out the repairs. Maytronics given the cost of your products please revisit your customer service, post sale. I will NOT ever purchase another of your products.your after sales service is non existent. A 1 star rating is being generous to the service provided thus far.

I purchased a new Dolphin pool robot last year. A part on it broke and I paid for it to be repaired at Holfords Pool Services. After contacting Maytronics Australia about the matter, they were extremely helpful, responded quickly to the matter, and agreed to treat the repair as a warranty repair. The Dolphin pool robot is a great product backed by excellent customer support.

The staff at Maytronics Australia, were very helpful and knowledgeable. They solved my problem with my dolphin within a very quick turn around. Really great customer service. Big thumbs up from me.

I’m writing with special thanks to Stephen Strudwick and the team at Maytronics. The customer experience I received from team was above and beyond. Simple words won’t do justice to the excellent service I received. I would personally recommend anyone who has a pool to invest in this fantastic product. Stephen- your customer service is second to none. My wife and I appreciate the lengths you went to just to give us satisfaction with your dolphin X40+. We had such great service from Maytronics at Prestons just before Christmas when they fixed our M500 robotic cleaner which had suffered damage from a close lightning strike. So impressed! So thankful! (The M500 has been brilliant cleaning our pool.)

I contacted Maytronics as I was having problems with my Dolphin M4. They were very helpful and came to the rescue. I am now the owner of a Dolphin M400. My pool is looking great. Just as it should be. I am looking forward to the summer months.
A lot of people may think that they can't approach big companies, or if they have a problem with a product that is past the warranty time, they don't try. But my experience with Maytronics, was all positive. Many thanks to Maria, for the help you gave me. Susan Naudi.

I bought a Dolphin RS Hybrid, after a while it had a minor issue. I contacted Maytronics support, they were super helpful and got me sorted out quickly. Great after sales service is what makes me come back and keep buying from good Aussie companies like them.
