Mays Hill Laundrette

Laundry is good. Easy tap card and use unlike some other laundries. Just the parking, Dreadful. Sharing street parking with A Gym, and apartments second vehicles. Cars so desperate for a park they park illegally anywhere. I don't even bother trying peak times. Even now weekday, quiet 2 people in laundry No parking within half a block. If it were inner Parramatta cbd it's understandable but not in the burbs. Not my number one option for that reason.

In the last 6 months this facility has gone down hill big time, it does nit get maintained regularly, it has become filfy. The equipment have got faults, the detergent slots are caked with unused detergent.
Another annoying problem is, many people come to dry their clothes and leave them there for long time.
People washing and using their equipment are penalised because of these inconsiderate people.

Great place comes in handy as you can pay through card but only hiccup is no option for coin payments

This is a great public service for people that do not own a washing machine or clothes dryer. I have been to this laundry 3 times this month (May 2022) and am very happy that it is available.

The premises are clean and tidy and the washing machines and clothes dries are easy to operate and not too expensive.

Went here around 7pm last night. I had one doona and one bedspread. I used two machines and washed them separately with hot water. When the wash was finished after 31 minutes, i took them out and they both smelled bad. The bedspread had a small coffee stain and was still on the bedspread and the doona looked dirty. They both had a horrible smell. I brought them home and rewashed them in cold water and the small coffee stain was gone and my doona was clean and fresh smelling. I'd never use this laundromat again. I was getting my winter bedding ready for winter and thought washing it here would be easier as they are both a bit heavy. Waste of time and money.

Machines are super easy to use and very affordable. Theres a bench to sit at and table to fold clean laundry. Easily accessible, affordable and comfortable. Highly reccomend

Easy to use one tap of my debit card and machine started washing but parking is a nightmare at 5 o'clock in the afternoon.
