When we informed them that we had received a better quotation elsewhere, they readily matched it without hesitation. Subsequently, Elias efficiently organized his installation team to remove all carpets and demolish the existing tiles. Charles and his associate skillfully completed the installation process. Thanks kindly for getting our floor done before festive season with hybrid flooring specially thanks to Elias who suggested us colour and product and the whole team.

Just be aware that for flooring if your floor is even a little uneven, it’s gonna cost you almost the same amount of the actual material you buy.
Make sure you check that before buying.
And also ask them to tell you exactly what is included and what is not.

We had our whole house re-floored and re-carpeted by Maybe Rugs. It started out okay and ended with a horrible experience. The team who installed our floors were great and super efficient BUT the carpet installer was horrible. The team at Mayne Rugs can also work on their communication with customers as I had to do a lot of chasing them for answers and to date I am still waiting on items to be completed and follow up from them, they assume the job is done $$ paid and hands are washed so beware!

Our experience with this business has been less than satisfactory and I would advise extreme caution.
Once we fell for the sales pitch of placing a significant deposit for new flooring the subsequent “quotation” was Vague, incorrect and likely inflated …
The quotation is not itemized, there is no opportunity to assess what is included regarding quantities and pricing. When we discovered an error, it was dismissed as mistake due to a miscalculation and when the correction was issued it defies validation…only they know what they quote for and how much …we were just given a total figure that we could not verify and remain certain it was inflated.
The only redeeming feature were the floor layers, they were timely, clean and did a great job…
My advise is do no pay any deposits until you get an accurate itemized quotation for your requirements…
Never again at Mayne Rugs for us!

The quotation error occurred After the on-site inspection …somehow an extra room was added? Luckily we picked it up.
We did not receive any quotation that was itemized…

Mayne Rugs Liverpool were a delight to deal with. They are extremely patient with my various questions and the service and quality were second to none. Both Shoaib and Illias were extremely knowledgeable and advised me on the very best solution for my home. The installation was immaculate, and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective customer as the whole experience was a delight from start to finish.

Avoid at all costs! They will lie and cheat on your face just to make a sale.
We asked for a rug that would not give out fluff and be safe for our 8 month old baby to be around. We were sold (and paid through our teeth for) what was supposed to be a woollen rug with lifetime warranty that gives out no fluff or fiber. What we actually got is a rug that gives out tons of fluff that gets into our little ones eyes and nose and irritates her skin.
When we went back to ask what can be done, the lady at the store who sold us the rug says it’s normal for the rug to give out lot of fluff and that there is no warranty on the rug, just 3 days to return. What? That’s definitely a different tune and tone from when she was selling us the rug. Added to this, she was so rude to my husband, when we were responding to her comment that fluff is normal. She says “you can say whatever you want, but. “ like, hello? We have a few other rugs that we paid half the price than this one, including ones from ikea, but we have never had an issue in the last 3 years. I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase from these guys. Please please go elsewhere and avoid these people
