Applying for countless roles across all platforms and always a rejection.
I have decades of experience across countless industries and I am always not suitable.

Would be helpful if consultants were reachable, alas they are not.

Not sure who the agency places but clearly people with experience are not suitable.

It has been a pleasure communicating with the team especially with Chloe and Sammy throughout my entire contract duration. Solid support and constant follow ups definitely hasn't gone unnoticed. I valued the time and effort Niamh took to find suitable positions for my consideration, and the thoroughness throughout the process of my interviews. It has been about 4 months applying for some of MAYDAY Recruitment jobs on Seek or LinkedIn and speaking to their staff (different team members, at least 5) via voice or/and text message and emails to find a job (including temporary, casual position.). Their promises and polite response did not once lead to real follow up, nor offering roles. Josh was good, proactive in his assistance, yet shortly left the Company. Since then, a couple of team members responded with a judgmental attitude via phone, rather than asking questions before drawing assumptions, or working together to find some role. Each time they promised to send through some roles and did not. I did follow up a month ago, yet have not heard back from them. My experience with this business is not recommended so far.

Compared to others I’ve worked with over the years, Mayday provide a more personalised service. Lauren recently helped me secure a new role. I can’t explain how helpful, thoughtful and efficient Lauren was when I previously worked with her. She always called to explain in detail how I should perform in order to achieve the best outcome, and she gave me lots and lots of pointers that have been extremely helpful to me.
