Max was friendly, extremely knowledgable and honest. I had a simple issue that was made more complicated by my laptop being an older model and Max took me through options and pricing so I could make the best decision for my circumstances. I highly recommend him and will absolutely be calling him again if I ever need help with a laptop or a computer

The fan of my computer went wrong in a very weird way,
and my computer just stopped working in the middle of the examination period, that’s when I called Max. He understood my situation and the urgency, he took my computer within the next 1-2 hours and kept my updated regularly. He was available any time I called him, he is a very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and flexible guy. He did everything to offer the cheapest and fastest solution to my problem. Can only recommend him!

Horrible service and pricing, 100% WILL NOT RECOMMEND, not worth it, definitely not coming back to this place. Instead of the location showing as Camperdown, Max requested us to locate him at a restaurant to handover the broken laptop, which was not the most convenient thing to do for us as customers. Not only that, a day before the picking up the laptop, Max decided to tell us to drive 40 minutes from Camperdown, just to reach his family house to pick up the laptop without fixing anything other than cleaning the inbuilt laptop fan, while charging us a ridiculous price of 150 dollars

Max did an excellent job with my aging gaming pc. He identified the problem and offered the correct solution. At every step he advised what he was doing and what it would cost. He also gave advice on future upgrades, components to get etc and insight into the current market for pc parts. He was also very flexible with times to fit with my work schedule. And all this at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Max to anyone and would call on him again in future.

Thankful for Max being around to fix my computer. I took it to him and the job was finished within 12 hours. Now my PC is back to its former working glory. Max also gave me some recs on how to look after the internals of the PC. 10/10 would break my computer again.

Had an intermittent rattling fan in my Razer Blade laptop that was driving me crazy. Max was recommended by 2 good friends of mine who had their computers repaired by Max before. Called him up in the afternoon and he was thankfully available. Fortunately, he was able to open it up and repair without having to replace anything. Fan issue was fixed within 3hrs of my initial call! He's my new go-to. Highly recommended

Had a PC issue where I needed to rebuild a gaming /workstation computer, and max was the only person who contacted me offering a solution (he responded to me within 10 minutes of me posting on a site for help), he was extremely competitive with his price and even fit me in with his busy schedule for a weekend pickup, the computer looks great, performs great (even better than the last build I had) and his cable management was EXTREMELY tidy, extremely happy with his service and he was a very nice and pleasant dude to deal with, I would seriously highly recommend him for any computer needs you have, thanks again mate!

Bought a brand new PC and had a nightmare of a situation with new components which was quickly solved by Max by using a work around technique which saved me from having to use warranty unnecessarily.

Max was exceptional. My email was not working at all. At his first visit on a Saturday afternoon he gave me all the points I needed to ask my provider so we could start to fix my issues. After I got this info I rang him again and he responded really quickly and fixed my email issues in 10 minutes. After this he gave me additional advice on how to improve the setup and make it better for me. He was very good in explaining things at my level and made it much easier for me. I know if I have any other issues with my computers he'll be the first person I call. I would recommend him highly to others.

I Highly Recommend Max for any Computer upgrades you may need, he was very nice and helpful in upgrading my Power supply unit
Also upgrading Ram along with adding new Dvd burner and 2 more hard drives to my computer
Along with replacing the LED lighting around the box, made sure the computer was working correctly
And making sure the hard drives were showing up correctly
